Hotels in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya

Well there was a problem with the door to the balcony it had a very loud whistling sound coming out of it. I contacted reception and told them about the issue and they said we will send someone to check it out. Well the whole night went by and no one came to check it out hence why I gave the service rating as low. Otherwise the hotel is ok. And the reason why amenities are low is because the elevator rush, some were undergoing maintenance and some were functioning but there're so many people who want to use the elevators.

The room was neat and very cozy. We told the staff that the air conditioning doesn’t cold so they immediately transferred us to a new room. The amenities are good, we enjoy the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast quiet good and has variety of options. We would like to book again in the future

I'm a repeat guest at this hotel and I liked it so much I returned! The rooms are still in new condition spacious and clean, all with balconies. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The location is great, not far from cafes, restaurants, bars and night markets, plus the beach is just 150 or 200 meters down the road. The rooms are quiet too, & well blacked out at night. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful and varied. No complaints from me. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 4nights, i enjoyed the swimming pool, alot, the location is central to everything, the beach is at your doorstep, walking distance to 7/11, all shops & bars, however, the hotel is currently under construction & what disturbed me alot, was that drilling every morning at 8, that woke me up, it was so annoying especially after a late night. I also observed that the cleaners would fold the same dirty towels you put in the washing, also room service is terrible. At the swimming pool you have to sign out for your towels but there is no sign in column when you bring them back, also no assistance with the umbrellas which are all closed on very hot days. I also got some attitude with the cleaning staff, room service , bellboy & service at the swimming pool, also guest relations, i asked where is the other swimming pool, she was too busy with her phone to give get up & show me, she just said,’go straight’, i walked & walked & could not find it. This hotel can be the perfect stay if only they improve their service.

The photograph looks better than appear in the real place I arrived at 4:00 PM, (the 3:00 PM is a check-in time) to discover my room was not yet prepared. The receptionist kindly offered me a complimentary drink and fruit while I waited at their restaurant. However, I noticed an empty bowl, as shown in the picture. I finally received my room at 5:00 PM. Considering the extended wait, the receptionist waived the deposit requirement. The building appears older and has an unpleasant, musty odor. The entrance to our room was unclean and showed signs of wear. While the bedsheets were clean, the floor appeared dirty, and slippers were not provided. Our room seemed to be connected to another, with the connecting door unable to lock from our side. Additionally, the porch door lock was broken. Although I considered requesting a room change, but the length of our journey and the late given room dissuaded us. There were other minor inconveniences, but the issues already mentioned were quite disappointing. The swimming pool is suitable for children of all ages. with sincerely review, sorry that I can't have a second time here.

First, a huge thumbs-up. We had originally booked a different hotel, but our itinerary suddenly extended by an extra day. The original hotel was out of room, so we found a random place to make do. The experience completely exceeded our expectations. First, it's a three-minute walk from the beach, which is even more beautiful and pristine than Pattaya Beach, and less crowded. There's a small supermarket downstairs, and a few hundred meters away are bars, street vendors, Northeastern barbecue restaurants, and seafood restaurants. The service was excellent. The owner is Chinese, and the management style is more Chinese. Hotels in Thailand typically check out at noon, but our previous hotel called us at 11:00 to remind us. This hotel checked out at 2:00, without any reminders, and didn't ask for a deposit, as other Thai hotels do. A waiter helped us take our luggage to our room in the lobby. The owner was there the entire time and even found us a room with a sea view. We could see the ocean from the bed. The room was spacious and comfortable. For just over 300 yuan, it included breakfast for three adults and one child. The hotel has a swimming pool on the first floor. It was rarely crowded, so the kids had a blast. The surrounding buildings shielded us from the sun, unlike the rooftop pool at the previous hotel, which got you tanned quickly. Finally, the owner and staff were very nice. When we were leaving due to a flight and couldn't get a taxi, a tall, handsome man at the hotel, who spoke excellent Chinese, helped us get a taxi. He negotiated with the driver when he asked for a high price, and when they finally couldn't find a suitable car, the owner called for a ride. However, we were in a hurry, so we managed to get a taxi and didn't ask for a ride. It was still very touching to meet such a good owner in a foreign country.

I had a pleasant experience at TJ Hotel Jomtien. The hotel is nice and clean, with a well-maintained interior that gives off a fresh and welcoming vibe. One of the best parts is its location—just about 200 meters from Jomtien Beach. Check-in and Check-out were impressively fast and hassle-free. Breakfast is available for 200 baht, and it's definitely worth it. Overall, TJ Hotel Jomtien offers great value for its price.

I had a pleasant stay in this room. It was simple but had everything I needed — a comfortable bed, clean towels, and essential amenities like a safe, desk, and water bottles. I especially appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere and the convenient layout. A solid choice for a short, comfortable stay!

Our stay at Welcome World Beachfront Resort was exceptional! The staff was friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. We loved being able to easily access the sand and sea, Dongtarn Beach. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with three beautiful pools. It was even better than expected. I highly recommend it!

I was lucky to stay at this hotel for a few nights, and I wasn’t disappointed with my choice. In terms of value for money, the hotel is a great option. It’s within walking distance of Jomtien Beach, and everything you might need is nearby. The hotel has a pool—quite large and deep—with water that’s not overly chlorinated, which was great for me since I have sensitive eyes. The room was spacious, neat, and clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly and cooled the room quickly after being turned on. The toilet and shower area were a bit small, but there was hot water, and the water pressure was excellent, taking showers very pleasant. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and changed the towels, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks for the bed—it was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up for two days, and I slept like a baby every night. The only downside was the poor sound insulation—you could hear other guests and staff from the room.
