The service at the front desk was excellent: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were better than expected. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean.
The parking lot was on multiple levels attached to the hotel. So if you are living on the 5th floor then you could park on the 5th floor and use your room key to enter the hotel on the 5th floor. The location was ok, but not really close to any of the main attractions of Savannah. You will need to drive around 15-20 minutes to go to the main areas.

Good property condition, room clean, close to restraunts and shopping center. Breakfast generally good. Price reasonable.
Be careful they may double charge you for parking even though you already paid parking with you booking. Breakfast may run out of certain choice on certain day. Room not quiet because loud fan and close to Main Street

Wonderful service. This Hotel is beautiful and we maintained. The room was emaculate and it was quiet. We werent able to take advantage of brekfast due to an early morning appointment but we were informed and it sounded wonderful. We will be back.

This hotel was nice, but could use some work around the edges. The beds were a little springy and some small issues with wear and tear in the room. The room was clean mostly, but we did have a very streaky mirror, a piece of trash left in the bathroom, and a few hairs in the shower.
It was easy to drive to and to drive from the hotel to downtown Savannah. There are lots of basic shopping and dining options all around the area.
Overall though it was nice for a one night stay which is what we needed. I would stay again.

I really didn't like the idea of having to pay extra for the wifi
when a hotel website indicates "wifi" available they should make it clear you have to pay extra for it.

Very clean and quiet hotel within two miles of Memorial Health. Perfect place for what my wife and I needed after our baby girl was transferred to the NICU at the hospital. Would definitely stay again.

Only problem the room was not cleaned when we came back had to go downstairs to the desk and have them bring clean towels desk didn’t answer the phone

The ac/heating unit had a fan that had to continue to run to circulate the air and the noise was very annoying. The refrigerator was not working properly as it was not cold and someone before us left an old sandwich in the refrig. I have stayed at this hotel before and was never a problem. The ac/heating unit went on & off.
