As a newly built hotel in the high-altitude region, the facilities here were very thoughtful. The underfloor heating in the room was very warm, and the humidifier balanced the dryness of the heating. They even thoughtfully provided an oxygen concentrator, allowing me to sleep peacefully and alleviating altitude sickness. Finally, I must commend the hotel's service, especially the manager, Mr. Yin. From check-in to check-out, Mr. Yin's personal and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome. He was not only warm and attentive but also very attentive to detail, providing timely and considerate assistance with everything from itinerary suggestions to daily needs. This human touch transformed this trip from a simple accommodation into a warm memory. In short, this is more than just a hotel; it's a warm home away from home for travelers in Aba. "This was a stay that exceeded my expectations. 1. When booking the hotel, I specified an arrival time of 8 PM. When we arrived at the front desk, the hotel had already turned on the heating in our room. 2. The package only included one breakfast, but the front desk provided an extra one. The rice noodles and shumai were delicious. 3. I want to especially thank the front desk staff; they were all incredibly warm and attentive to detail. When we checked out, they not only gave us a small gift, but they also proactively poured us a cup of brown sugar ginger tea while I waited in the lobby. Additionally, when I accidentally left something in my room, the front desk helped me find it. Although Aba is very cold, this trip truly allowed me to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Aba."

"The hotel is in a relatively core location in Aba County. There are two mango tree hotels in Aba County. Don't go wrong. The surrounding environment of the hotel is average, slightly rudimentary from the outside, it is a relatively large homestay, but the interior decoration is basically the same as the hotel, and the living experience is good! The front desk service is very good, specially let us refund the high-priced order and change it to a low price, and also provide room upgrades, and provide a small gift for staying, the experience is very good! There are two problems encountered when living. First, the elevator broke down in the morning, and the second, the restaurant smelled bad, and because there were not many guests, a small number of categories were provided."
