"This is a newly opened hotel with a really nice environment! It's very close to the Lianbaoyeze Scenic Area! We stayed here in the afternoon after sightseeing and didn't want to be too tired. The service from the young man was exceptional! He was worried we'd be tired in the evening, so he offered to deliver our food to our room so we could enjoy it while watching the sunset – a huge thumbs up! He even brought us makeup remover! So thoughtful! I feel this is the most considerate and best-equipped hotel on the Gannan Grand Loop! There's even a dog and a little white cat in the courtyard! And marmots behind the mountain! The environment is unbeatable! When we left, the young man even gave us a gift! So touching! Thank you both! We'll definitely bring our family back next year! Lianbaoyeze and Gemo Monastery are definitely worth visiting!"

"位置很好，在加油站對面，有很大的停車場，新開的酒店，設施都很新，給到5分是因為晚上下大雨，我們出去吃飯沒開車，厚着臉皮打電話讓酒店來接，酒店二話沒説也來了，但是有小問題還是要説，一是訂房訊息上寫的有地暖，實際打電話才得知是市政供暖，早都停了，那就應該把供應地暖的時間寫上，我這一路上訂的所有的酒店都有地暖，因為是怕冷星人，所以一定會選擇有地暖的，結果這個沒有，晚上灌了兩個暖水袋，三個暖水瓶，被窩才熱起來，第二，晚上10點多有人一直在敲門，刷房卡試圖進入房間，還好我反鎖了門，而且每次敲門我都會迴應，詢問是誰，但沒人説話，過了一會又有人重複以上行為，我開門後，一個酒店工作人員帶着三個客人站在走廊，我問他這麼晚了為什麼要一直敲門，在我詢問後不説話還要不停刷房卡，讓我感覺很不安全，工作人員衹説了一句不好意思，沒事了，你們休息吧，沒有任何解釋，這讓我非常生氣，希望加強對於員工的培訓"
