"The hotel offers at least 4 free shuttle buses, but they only go from the hotel to the JR station, not back. It would be much better if they had a round-trip shuttle that also went to Disney via the JR line. The hotel breakfast is a set meal with several options. There's also a free beverage bar with drinks and coffee starting at 2 PM. The shuttle to Disney during peak morning hours can get quite crowded; I'm not sure if they add extra buses if one fills up."

"The Hilton Tokyo Bay is located within the Disney Resort, offering convenient bus services to Maihama Station, Haneda Airport, and Narita Airport. There's also a shuttle bus to Disney Bayside Station, just a five-minute ride away. The hotel features a Lawson convenience store and a Disney shop. What I wasn't too happy with was the Hilton benefits. I stayed in an Executive Room for three nights, and the Executive Lounge, located on the ground floor, was a bit underwhelming. There were long queues for breakfast and afternoon tea. For those visiting Disney, I'd suggest that an Executive Room isn't really necessary."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The top choice for a Disneyland trip! Incredibly convenient and amazing value for money. I specifically booked this hotel for my Disneyland trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic value-for-money option near Disney, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland. 🔹 Transportation & Location As an official Disneyland partner hotel, the free shuttle bus is incredibly convenient! It goes directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea parks, takes just over ten minutes, and runs frequently without needing reservations. Even if you stay until closing, getting back to the hotel is easy – no need to cram onto a subway or find a taxi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Shin-Urayasu Station, making it easy to get to the city center. The surrounding area has a strong local vibe, unlike the desolate feeling of some pure resort areas. 🔹 Hotel Service The service attitude was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. Check-in was efficient, and any issues were addressed quickly. There were also free snacks in the lobby, which was a nice touch after a long day of playing – a small detail that really added to the experience. 🔹 Facilities & Surroundings The biggest surprise was finding a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel! Coming back from Disneyland late at night, I could just head downstairs. Their yakitori is absolutely delicious, and it instantly boosted my happiness. There are also plenty of surrounding malls and restaurants, offering a rich variety of dining and shopping options. Daily needs like haircuts and buying cosmetics can all be met, and it's more affordable than in central Tokyo, giving it a very authentic local living feel. 🔹 Room Experience The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was very comfortable to stay in, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a proper rest after a tiring day. In summary, staying here for a Disneyland trip is definitely a no-brainer. Both convenience and value for money are top-notch. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo for Disneyland."

"Please read my review before booking. Most reviews are filled with subjective feelings rather than objective functional details. First, I booked a Main Building Grand Balcony Room, which is located on floors 9-11. The decor is at least 15-20 years old. There was a strong musty smell in the hallway and inside the sea-view rooms. The lighting was dim, and the facilities were outdated, making it practically uninhabitable. Based on the decor style, the standard twin and triple rooms on floors 3-5, the deluxe twin rooms, and the Main Building Grand Rooms on floors 9-11 all share a similar style, suggesting they were renovated around the same time. The room conditions were poor. After discussing with the staff, I was moved to an 8th-floor Jumbo Room, which has an ocean theme, was renovated in recent years, and offers significantly better room conditions. I recommend booking rooms on the 8th floor. Also, judging from pictures, the Park Wing rooms appear to be newly renovated, but this is just a guess; I suggest emailing the hotel to confirm. Second, rooms are divided into garden view and sea view. The garden view allows you to see the Disneyland fireworks at night, but the daytime view is unremarkable. Choose based on whether you plan to watch fireworks inside the park. Third, the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You can refer to the image for shuttle times from the hotel. For shuttle times from the airport to the hotel, you can scan the QR code to visit the bus official website. Fourth, the hotel does not have a convenience store. You'll need to walk about 10 minutes to the Hilton to buy things or use Uber Eats. Fifth, there are plenty of restaurants, but the prices are a bit high for Chinese visitors, and they don't operate late into the night. Overall, I would book again if the price is right, but I would be very selective about the room type. For the same price, I might choose the Hilton for convenience in shopping."

"The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was delicious; I had it two days in a row! The French toast was a highlight. The ochazuke (rice with tea) was also tasty. This was the largest hotel room I've stayed in Tokyo – I could easily open both my 28-inch and 20-inch suitcases at the same time. There's no bottled water in the room for environmental reasons, but they provide a plastic kettle which you can fill with water from the dispenser by the elevators in the hallway. The shuttle to Disneyland was punctual. Highly recommend this place!"

"The room amenities are quite good. While I couldn't select a different room type when booking through Ctrip, it was much more convenient than booking directly on the official website. The twin beds are about 1 meter wide each. Although not as comfortable as the original 1.4-meter wide beds at Disney, and the mattress is a bit firm, it's still decent for a good night's sleep and more comfortable than the basic room beds at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. The front desk staff were very accommodating, giving us a higher floor room as requested and patiently answering all our questions, which I appreciated. The luggage service staff were consistently excellent. The only drawback was that upon first entering the room, there was some grime in the toilet's crevices, indicating a less-than-thorough cleaning. However, the housekeeper the next day was incredibly diligent, restoring everything perfectly and even posing my child's Mickey plushie. In contrast, the housekeeper on the third day was noticeably haphazard. Also, the hotel swimming pool was closed. It states it's open in summer, but it's unclear when 'summer' is defined. You need a room card to enter the hotel garden, and the entrance is secluded with no signs, so unfortunately, I couldn't visit it."

"This was our first trip to Japan and we had an amazing time. This hotel was amazing. The room service was great and we got our room cleaned everyday at a set time. Every evening we went back to our room the amenities were always restocked. The bath robs, pajamas and slippers were the best. But what topped it off was the room we booked had a balcony where we were actually able to open the door and sit out there and see the amazing view."

"Excellent location. Room view facing Tokyo Bay & Mt. Fuji was stunning. Extremely clean—-only oversight was trundle bed beneath main bed. Cover needed cleaning. But looked like it hadn’t been used in forever. Amazing shower & Japanese-style shower room. Great reading lights at bedside—-something relatively rare. Very comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant not vegan friendly, however. But overall location & price were great & I’d definitely stay again. Easy 20-minute walk to Tokyo Disneyland entrance OR frequent bus rides in the vintage looking RV to Maihama Station."
