"The hospitality was great! Since I stayed with a Peruvian friend, they were very accommodating in many ways. They provided a lunch box and free tea for early morning departures. The shower and water pressure were sometimes inconsistent (sometimes it would pop out loud, sometimes it would weaken), but they still worked without any problems. Hot water was also available. I was happy to have fresh vegetables like avocado, tomato, and cucumber for breakfast.
My credit card wasn't accepted, but I was able to pay in US dollars. Water, snacks, and chocolate were also available for purchase.
There were electrical outlets, but no USB charging ports.
It was a little far from the square, but there was an interesting local market and shops."
