NnbybjVery very recommended, the hotel has nine rooms, the room is clean and big. The service staff will take the initiative to help carry the luggage, and bring it to the room in person, and also take the initiative to provide medicine to relieve the high anti-reverse. Other needs are also on call.

GGuest UserThe staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.

GGuest UserThe staff was very attentive. Because the tour we were participating in departed very early, the hotel provided a packed breakfast to take away. The breakfast was great with water, drinks and fruits. I really want to give it a thumbs up.

GGuest UserI chose it carefully because it was a trip with my mother. The accommodation condition was very good, but it was a little difficult because it was cold in the early morning. They were kind enough to provide a heater, but I had difficulty sleeping because of altitude sickness.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel does not have an elevator. Trip.com pay attention to communicating with the hotel. The windows of the back room type on the third floor of the old middle are very poorly lit by default. The window written in the selection room does not match the balcony bed stool and the area. After serious argue with the front desk, it was restored to the main room on the second floor.

FFat fat pugThis is a relatively old hotel in Cusco. When I checked in, the clerk said that he would upgrade me to a larger room for free, and there was a bell boy in the hotel to help me carry my luggage. The hotel's service is good. During breakfast, there was a dedicated person who fried a double egg for me and provided me with other fruits and bread. When I left the hotel and wanted to go to the long-distance bus station, the waiter was willing to call a taxi for me. They were willing to help me carry my luggage to the car, but the location of the hotel has a slope on one side. If I want to go to the laundry and eat pizza at the restaurant by myself, I have to walk on a slope.
