Outstanding
I took a chance and booked despite the lack of reviews, and I’m so glad I did. It’s an excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere. The bed was cozy with fresh, clean white linens, and the towels were also spotless. The breakfasts were excellent. The place is quiet, safe, and offers a beautiful view. The central square is just a 7-minute walk away. I would like to express special thanks to Isabel for her care and attentiveness. Thank you for the comfort, I will definitely come back.

The owner took care of serving breakfast and keeping an eye on our luggage while we traveled to other places. Breakfast was okay, but could have been larger and more varied (daily bread, a little butter, a little jam, three slices of ham and cheese for two people, and a mini portion of scrambled eggs). Tea was available 24/7. Paper cups were usually provided, but there were no glasses or cutlery for use in the room. No one was there at check-in, but luckily, a guide was with us who contacted the owner. The room was quite cold, but there was an electric heater, which kept us very warm. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower curtain leaked a bit, so the bathroom was wet. Toiletries were available. Beautiful panoramic view of Cusco 🙌🏻 Good value for money.

Located on a hillside in Cusco, it requires a short hike, but the surrounding environment is beautiful, and the place offers coffee and tea downstairs, giving it a cozy, homestay feel. I was especially grateful to the owner for helping me find my phone after I left it in the taxi.

Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

My experience at Andean Dreams Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They kindly allowed me to store my large luggage at the hotel while I traveled to Machu Picchu, which was such a huge help and truly appreciated. The cozy atmosphere was made even better by their thoughtful touch of offering tea available all day — perfect for keeping warm after long days exploring the Andes. It felt like a little home away from home. If you want a place with genuine kindness, helpful service, and cozy comforts in a beautiful setting, Andean Dreams is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region!

The man at the reception was very kind. The facilities and services are excellent, so you won't get bored even if you stay for a long time. The rooms are clean. The showers have hot water. The kitchen is spacious. There is also a video viewing room. Since it is in Cusco, tours will pick you up in front of the hotel. They will also store your luggage when you go to Machu Picchu. It was really good.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The employees were lovely and extremely helpful. To access the room we had to climb up fire escape type steps (the staff kindly helped us with our bags). The only major issue was the shower. When we went to shower, the handles shocked us. We tried to use a towel to turn the water on and off and the shocks went through the towel. The breakfast was very good … eggs!

Great hotel in Cusco with good rooms, friendly service, and proximity to Plaza de las Armas, just a minute away. The hot water and Wifi worked well. The cool thing was that my city tour that I booked on Trip.com was a crook and took my money, but never showed up for the city tour. I even went to his office, which was just 10 minutes from the hotel. Fortunately, Hotel Santa Maria has tour booking services that are reliable and reasonably priced. I believe her name was Edith, and through her I booked an enjoyable city tour and got to see everything I had wanted to. She also booked an excursion for the Rainbow Mountains, which was unforgettable!
