Feel so happy when I step in to the room, after fly long distance from Indonesia. The check in process is so fast, she looks very professional in her job. I forgot her name, so sorry, because I am so tried.
The room is so clean, bight and room size is great. I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy.
I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner.
Now I am happy and will be their customer, highly recommend!!!! seeing is believing, watch my youtube channel for your better view perspective.

Very good experience with this hotel. We stayed here for our last 2 days in amsterdam, it was fabulous.
The receptionist upgraded our room, the room is huge with all the necessary supplies, a bit of surprising that they do not provide toothbrush aset in the room, but you can easily request that from the reception.
The breakfast selections are very rich, we enjoyed very much! Wide selections of drinks, cold food and hot food. Champaigne, coffee, tea, juice, milk, we tried everything and not one is disappointed! Many selections of bread, cheese and sauces. I'm hungry again by recalling Even provide honey comb! Not to mention, the cafe and restaurant staffs are all very friendly and happy.
They offer free shuttle bus from/to Airport every 30minutes from 6am to midnight. You can take the free ride just by waiting at airport (hotel buses station) or the hotel lobby. I personally found this information on social media but not on the official sites, it would be better if they could include the instructions in the bookings or website. Also, the waiting time is not specific and constant, it would be better if you would do something about it.
Oh! The shower gel and shampoo provided are very good! Nice scent with good texture. I would love to buy a set if they sell.
Just the down side that the front reception do need some training on service consistency.
1. We politely asked about the spinning wheel when we check in at night(10pm), the first older male receptionist instructed us to come back tomorrow daytime to join for free. In the morning, the daytime female receptionist said we are only allowed to join the contest when we check-in. That's really disappointing and we thought, why would they lie to us? Probably they are not familiar with the service providing.
2. We found a brochure in the room, "opt out for cleaning service for 5€ voucher". Asked the receptionist about this on the next day, she immediately said that offer is no longer available. My partner said, "we cancelled the cleaning service yesterday for this, why do you still put the brochure in the room if it is not available anymore?". Then only she apologized and gave us a voucher. Thanks to that, we enjoyed a good fries from the Sports Bar with the voucher.

Hotel is perfectly situated for Airport and City Centre. Far away from City hustle and Bustle it was 20 minutes away by Tram or car. Staff was very polite and hotel was A-notch in cleanliness and service. Pool and Span was secluded with a good Gym.

The location is ok there's not much to see with the view from the room since it's just highway and other buildings. The room and facilities were pretty good but I'm not super satisfy with the service, but it was ok. Overall it was a nice stay.

Location is a bit difficult because although there is a regular free shuttle Bus to the airport there is no easy way into the City. So by the time you've seen a show in town, the shuttle Bus has finished and taxis are required.
Also it took 45 minutes to check out and they have 50 euros of mine as a deposit - I hope they return it quickly.

Perfect for a night lay over, nothing to eat or see around and restaurant was a bit expensive.
