Great hotel with great vibe and friendly staff. No noise from aircrafts or anything related to airport operations. Great dinner and breakfast. Room was cozy, bed perfect. You can hear noisy guests in the alleyway, but that’s more to their manners than to room sound insulation. Bar/restaurant area is like a lounge so you can spend time there rather than in the room. Would definitely recommend and will come back if the journey takes me.

Hi, My family booked a one-night stay for 10 guests (two rooms for 4 pax each and one room for 2 pax) as a stopover before catching a flight home the next day. We drove in from Innsbruck and chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and practical stay for a family. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. At the very least, we expected basic hotel amenities such as a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. These are standard provisions in most hotels, especially for families and short transit stays. None were provided. The hotel felt less like a normal hotel and more like a bare, minimalist space with nothing to comfortably unwind or settle into after a long drive. The so-called welcome drinks were limited to cold beverages only, with no option for even a simple hot coffee, which was particularly disappointing after travel, during winter! Overall, my family was genuinely disappointed. Given the size of our booking, the price of the hotel and the purpose of our stay, we expected a more welcoming and functional environment. Reception was not welcoming as well. Only the room is a good size. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review how expectations are being set for guests booking family stays. It was convenient for my business trip. The airport is just a 5-minute walk away, and there's a fast-track lane to avoid the wind, which is a nice touch. However, the breakfast in the morning was quite poor with very limited options.

I stayed for one night before an early flight. Modern room with great design. Comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk all the way to Departures when you carry luggage.

The room size was okay but I wished there was an electric kettle in the room. One can get better facilities somewhere else if not next to the airport. Can’t complain.

Very convenient location right next to the airport. I got stranded at the airport at 3am and needed to make a last minute booking along with 30 or more other people.

Very conveniently connected to Vienna airport but also to the train station for going to the city . Also short walk to a market if you want snacks . The people working are all so nice and the room is very clean . Only drawback is kinda small but not too bad : highly recommend !!!

Just an average airport hotel. They got the location so they don't really need to do anything else. Small rooms. Pluged shower so water pools and overflows got to take a quick shower . Maid should call maintenance. They know it's clogging when they're cleaning. Second time since I've been in Europe that's happened made. Lobsided broken springed bed. Room 271

This is the second nearest hotel from Vienna airport. It is well-designed and fashionable but the operation has room for improvement. There were three people waiting at the front and I had to wait for about 15 minutes to check in. I found it to be too long for my Japanese operational instinct.

Lovely hotel super close to the airport, reachable through underground tunnel directly. Nice check-in with welcome drink and lovely night sleep. They gave me double bed instead of twin, which I appreciated!

Overall looks good but sofa bed is quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep.

Next to the airport but the rooms are very quiet!
