Dairy Barns

Everything was excellent as per the website description. I travelled alone and was very anxious, but Hannah was so friendly I felt right at home. I had the twin room with wet room. The rainfall shower was hot and powerful. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a delicious little piece of cake in my room on the tea tray. It was very quiet and tranquil. I had the continental breakfast, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereal, toast, waffles all fresh and delicious. I travelled on to Sea Palling beach for the day which was also great. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again.

The most amazing location for a wedding ours was a small do of 45 but easily can accommodate many more. Hannah our host couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was superb 3 luxury rooms with 6 other rooms of equally good standard. Have stayed before as a B and B just as amazing. The best food. Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Excellent in every respect! Friendly, great location, clean and luxurious. Best breakfasts too! Hannah and her team are attentive, efficient and give the best local tourist information should you need it. This was our third trip ( we stayed 5 days - it’s that good!) and won’t be our last.

Another fantastic stay at Dairybarns, our 3rd time and we will definitely be back, we stayed in the Barn Owls Retreat room and it is just lovely, Hannah always makes you feel so welcome and at home, breakfast in the barn is simply delicious, many thanks once again

Our third stay at this our favourite B&B in Norfolk. This time we stayed in Barn Owl Retreat - one of the special rooms which is really a very large beautifully decorated apartment with a huge bathroom. The bed is a super king, very comfy and lovely linen. The hosts and staff as always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We took our breakfasts in the beautiful barn - and always enjoy the fabulous fruit salads and excellent cooked breakfasts. It is a lovely, peaceful location in the countryside but near to the coast and with a great pub - The Greyhound just down the road. We will certainly return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great one night stay with the family, we would certainly come back again. Everything was clean, comfortable and hosts very welcoming. Kids loved the ponies outside our room and breakfast was very tasty. Well located for Horsey Beach and many other local places to visit, including many beaches.

Amazing place to stay,gorgeous accommodation. Hannah and family were so welcoming,and really took care of us. It was a beautiful birthday treat,and very close to all amenities,even went to see the seals,which was a great experience. Will definitely be returning and can't recommend enough. Love,love love!!! We stayed in the Barn Owl special room this time, We were made very Welcome by Hannah the room is excellent as was our 3 night for 2 deal, this is our third time staying at Dairy Barns and will return again in the future. We visited Fairhaven Garden, And the Old Rectory garden at East Ruston as well as walks on the beach at Cart Gap upto Happisburgh as well as visiting the seals as walking along the beach at Horsey Gap followed by a visit to the 1940's themed Poppies Cafe' close by. A huge thank you to Hannah and the team, a lovely breakfast, very good info of what to do / see and local eateries!

Excellent B&B with super friendly and helpful hosts. The accommodation is very clean comfortable and exceptionally quiet. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby. This is a top choice if you want to see the seals at Horsey Gap and experience some fantastic walks along the coast which is only a few minutes away.
