"This hotel is a short distance from the airport and the city, but there are buses to get there is acceptable, the most important thing is that they provide brunch, you can eat leisurely without getting up early to eat. "A very nice clean hotel. Positives: Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony. Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma Negatives: Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend."

"I recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests. In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay. Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy. However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy. Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5)."

"There is a different food theme every night, and the dinner is delicious every night! The breakfast is also rich. The hotel has bicycles for rent, which is very convenient to ride to the beach. There are five swimming pools in total, two upstairs, two in the yard, and one underground. But the island is so fun, so don't just soak in the hotel!"

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk away. Convenient transportation and many different restaurants around. Very good value for money, worth recommending!"

"I booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing. Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!"

"I booked the Hotel Pabisa Sofia for one night two days after it opened after the winter break. The 4-star hotel was renovated in 2024, which you can see in the foyer and the rooms through the new design and new bathrooms. It's a shame that they didn't take the opportunity and completely renovate it straight away. The tiled floor in my room 33 on the seventh floor was not renewed. I had only booked an overnight stay in a single room, but was given a double room for single occupancy. The rooms are very nicely decorated, but very small. I would therefore not book the Sofia for a longer vacation, especially since there is little closet space and little storage space in the bathroom. The location is OK. The hotel is in one of the back (3rd) rows of the beach. It is about 300 meters to the beach. It is about 5 kilometers to the airport. I did not have breakfast or dinner, so I cannot give a rating. Due to the recent opening, the hotel was extremely cheap to book (for under 50 euros). It will be more expensive in the season. And then it will be loud in the eight-story hotel with more than 300 rooms because of the proximity to Ballermann and the bars there, with the party crowd. As in many Spanish hotels, the rooms are very thin due to the way they are built, the room doors are very, very thin and let in noise. The view is not that great. My room faces the back and overlooks the neighboring Riu Festival hotel. In terms of staff, I only had to deal with reception staff, but they were all very friendly and accommodating."

"Excellent location, super-first-line sea view, impeccable location, normal service level, no active service but good attitude, overall is above the qualified line, normal hygiene but some places such as bathroom and bathtub hygiene, there is room for improvement, Facilities are basic but some lack of humane designs such as air ducts fixed in bathrooms and room equipment have little signs of aging but overall less impact on use."
