Wir haben sechs Tage in Ihrem wunderbaren Hotel logiert. Die Junior-Suite, der Service, das Frühstücksbüfett, das Housekeeping, alles war vom Feinsten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wie gewohnt, sehr schönes Zimmer 254, es ist keine Suite mit eingeschränktem Gartenblick sondern ein schönes Zimmer mit furchtbarer Terrasse mit Blick auf eine 2m hohe Wand als Blickfang, also maximal Terrasse mit vollem Mauerblick. Frühstück wie immer top, Dinner top, Spa wird von Personal mit eingeschränkt vorhandenen Massage- Kenntnissen und fehlender Vorstellung von einer für dieses Haus angemessen zu schaffenden Atmosphäre. Das ein Mann mich als Frau massiert ohne vorherige Anfrage muss wohl der fehlenden Personaldecke zugeschrieben werden, ist aber eben unangenehm. Kommunikation vom Zimmer mit der Rezeption ist auf hoteleigenen Leitungen nicht möglich muss also über das Telefonnetz erfolgen. Das Bestreben nach möglichst großer Auslastung führt leider zu Verlust an Qualität. Wir werden uns nach 20 Jahren auch nach Alternativen mit besserem Spa- Angebot und Zimmerservice umsehen um vergangene Stärken des Strandidylls in anderen Häusern in Heringsdorf zu finden. Schade.

Nicht nur der Empfang war sehr freundlich, sondern das gesamte Servicepersonal - trotz voller Belegung des Hauses. Das Frühstück bot alles, was man sich vorstellen konnte. Die Zimmer entsprachen dem heutigen und entsprechenden Sterne-Standard. Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Als wir uns in einen Strandkorb am Pool setzten, wurden sofort Felle und Decken gebracht, damit es so richtig gemütlich wurde. In den Zimmern ist sowieso alles perfekt: durchdachte Beleuchtung, bequeme Sessel, Minibar, Kaffeemaschine…

Das Hotel mit dem Wellnessbereich ist sehr ansprechend. Das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Besonders die MitarbeiteInnen sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Seit fast zwei Jahrzehnten sind wir Gast im Strabdidyll. Uns begeistert insbesondere das freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit und das gesamte Ambiente. Die Parkanlage ist in einem Top-Zustand und überzeugt. Das Frühstücksbufett ist erstklassig und die Küche besticht insgesamt.

Die Entspannung in diesem Hotel beginnt bereits beim Check-In an der Rezeption. Der überaus freundliche Empfang und das sehr schöne Zimmer lassen den Anreise-Stress sofort in Vergessenheit geraten. Ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet und ein sehr gutes Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ein Lob und Kompliment an das Service- personal. Im Wellnessbereich lässt es sich sehr gut entspannen und erholen. Lediglich die Sanduhren in der Finnischen Sauna müssten wegen der Sichtbarkeit erneuert werden. Herzlichen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter des Travel Charme Heringsdorf. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Vielen Dank an das exzellente Personal. Man hat sich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem tollen Hotel sehr genossen. Die Qualität und der Geschmack des Essens ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und die Matratzen sind sehr bequem.
