We stayed at Naia hotel for 4 nights, we knew about the fact with the closed restaurant, because of that fact we had a big discount. I guess since corona they have massive problems with the staff, because there is literally no service. On our arrival day we met the manager... No welcome nothing, she just took the money for the transport and left, that's not really gentle. They didn't have the promised scooter, luckily our driver organised one. You definitely need one there! I can't recommend to order food at the happy restaurant for delivery, better to go there directly, because at the resort they have no real chairs or tables... Just some beanbags that we got upon request. Also the one guy who is responsible for the rooms, had his struggle with English. Also there was no automatic room service, you had to tell the guy to do it each day if you wanted to have the room cleaned. The room itself was nice, they also provided a water gallon and the shower offers hot water. But I guess they are not spending so much time on the maintance... Which is visible in some aspects. If you are staying at the big pool (looks nice and new), you will not be able to order drinks or something, so you have to bring everything by yourself. In my opinion it shouldn't be such a problem to provide some cool drinks. As the restaurant is currently a construction site and there were multiple dogs barking constantly when we came close to the pool, we didn't use the pool as it wouldn't have been very relaxing. The beach is nice there, clear and absolutely no other tourists.
