The room was clean and tidy, but the common corridor had a bad smell and there were a lot of clutter in the corridor.

The location is near Dongdaemun History and Culture Park 10 and there are many shops around, so it was really great! There are many amenities, so you don't need to bring an iron or anything! I had a hard time checking in, but I asked someone in one of the rooms and I contacted the owner directly via LINE. The owner spoke Japanese, which was helpful! I'd like to stay here again!

The elevators in the entire building can also be used by the public. Each household has a different landlord, some are self-occupied, and some are different B&Bs, so there are a lot of debris from different households in the aisles 😂 It feels weird. Each room only has one code lock, and the door cannot be locked inside the house🤯 2. One day, the landlord suddenly changed her password and I couldn't contact her, so I had to find a man who called himself "the person in charge of the floor." Unexpectedly, he was able to find out who was cleaning the room and get my room number with just one phone call! Also shouting out my room and number in the hallway! Fortunately it was an old number, otherwise the whole floor would have known the number! 🤯🤯🤯It’s scary! Two girls are traveling, but the room cannot be locked from the inside, and then there is an uncle who claims to be in charge of the floor who can easily get the password! Then he said, "He doesn't know the new password. He doesn't know about this room." He told me to find the landlord myself, and then left. Finally, I got the new password from the landlord, and the "floor manager" suddenly knocked on the door and asked me for the new password! ? Of course I refused, but he actually argued with me and called me unreasonable! ✅I feel from the decoration of the room that the landlord has good intentions, but she must solve the security problem and add locks in the room, and she must educate the cleaning staff not to give the password to others😑

The location is very good. Not only the scenery but also the transportation is good. It is a fulfilling accommodation. It is very good that the toilet does not get wet when you shower. I will make a reservation next time if there is availability.
