Seoul City Hotel

There are a few worst points. It took about 8 minutes for the hot water to come out of the shower. Also, bugs (small flies?) were probably coming out of the drain of the shower (unit bath?). I stayed for several nights, but the only cleaning was changing the bath towels and taking out the trash. There was no bed making, and the only drinking water (in plastic bottles) was the two that were in the refrigerator on the first day. It was 35,000 yen for 3 nights and 4 days. So I'll give it a rating of 1.

The rest of this trip to Seoul was smooth and the experience was good, but I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. The price is really too expensive compared to the experience. It was twelve o'clock in the afternoon when I arrived in Myeongdong. I thought I would store my luggage before the check-in time so that I could go shopping. As a result, I waited at the front desk but no one came. No one came even when I rang the bell. I only left a phone number. As a foreigner, I couldn't contact them without a local mobile phone number. So I had to carry my luggage and set off again to go shopping for an afternoon. I was exhausted. When I came back in the evening, there was still no one at the front desk. I only left a few door cards for today's check-in on the table for self-collection. So the families who decided to stay here must pay attention to it. It is self-service check-in, self-service check-in, and self-service check-in. Secondly, the room is too shabby. The facilities in the room are very old. The twin room has no windows, only a small vent, and the vent is close to the corridor. People outside can hear it clearly. For quiet and safety, it can only be closed throughout the whole process. There is almost no sound insulation in the room, and any sound can be heard from anywhere around! The bed is very hard. I really regret that I booked a twin bed for comfort. The pillow is also uncomfortable. My neck is about to get a stiff neck after sleeping in the air all night. I was very tired when I woke up in the morning. There is no charging port at the head of the bed. There is only one charging socket on the table in the whole room, which is not convenient for charging. It would be more inconvenient if two people live there. The survival of this hotel really depends on the location. Myeongdong Shinsegae is just down the hill. If you come to Seoul to get up early to buy LV in Shinsegae, it is very convenient. It takes only five minutes to walk. Also, the hotel is on a big slope. Every time I go shopping in Myeongdong, I have to walk a big slope when I come back, which is very tiring. The overall feeling is very disappointing. I will definitely not stay there next time!

The hotel environment is average, don't expect too much..., it is relatively convenient to travel, close to Hanji New World Mall, overall the experience is average, not as good as domestic chain hotels such as All Seasons, Home Inn, and Hanting
