Very convenient if you are taking the airport bus, but it's a 10 minute walk from Myeongdong or any other subway station. Aircon was controlled centrally due to change of seasons but the temperature was reasonable. Room was clean and there was a sofa/long table to sit at. Front desk was friendly and helped me to get a taxi!

Location was not th most ideal for the price paid, quite far from hoehyeon station and also about 15mins walk to myeongdong area. Staffs are not polite nor friendly esp when we just want to drop of luggage as check in is not ready. Overall will not come back again as there are definitely cheaper options available with better locations.

nice , great locations, value for money . Breakfast - not as per expected - should have more choices and more main course. Too limited and not value for price paid. The only fun thing is own cook "Instant noodle" - Korean's experienced. Overall great place to stay , much recommended hotel.

We stayed in this hotel in February 2025. Seoul was hit hard by winter. Temperature was below - 10C to 1C daily. Hotel provided hand warmer for the guests, which was a necessity! The hotel manager was kind enough to let us had early check-in. Kudos to him!
We had a nice stay. The room was clean, cozy and spacious enough for our luggages. We requested bathroom with shower and bathtub. Glad our request was granted.
Plenty of restaurants ad convenient shops within walking distance. The nearest subway station is City Hall, which was a 15-20 minutes walking distance.
Overall, we made a good decision choosing this hotel. ☺️

Love love love our stay with Sotetsu! Booked the Executive Twin room as we're a family of 3 and in all honesty zero regrets! Apart from the 10min walk from City Hall station as we had a stroller with us. Pretty sure its a shorter walk from another exit.
Love that its close to Namdaemun market too! Lots of street shopping and food to explore.
Hotel staffs were excellent! Check in and check out was swift! Thank you team for the amazing stay. I'd give 5☆

Hotel comes with a calming lobby
Functional with lockers for guests.
15 steps away is a very popular restaurant with locals serving beef bone soup.
All is good except room facing road can be noisy and window shade doesn’t completely block out lighting
