The location is great. Multiple bus stops and the airport limousine bus stop are within walking distance. You can save money from taking an Uber back to the Airport as the bus is comfortable enough. I would like to highlight that if you are looking for a hotel experience with daily room service, this is not the place for you. Room cleaning is once a week. This give us the experience of living in Seoul as a residence. With our living room, kitchen and washing machine, laundry and fridge. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will recommend and consider to stay here again.

Beautifully decorated apartment Nice relaxing atmosphere at lobby Mr Lee , the manager is extremely helpful and even helped us to carry our luggage's Duplex unit, good size, well equipped CU convenient store across the road Bus stops nearby Subway short walk away Downside is no lift.. Need to walk up shift flights stairs. No good if have heavy luggages

Absolutely terrible experience with the hotel since they didn't mention they aren't friendly for staying with kids, and when I noticed I immediately cancelled the booking but they rejected refund 3 times! Stay away from them if you travel with kids.

Had a wonderful stay. These lofts are not for everyine, but for those who want a true local experience they are the Bomb! Independence and style.

Alright, this review is to let you understand really what’s going on. I want to clear out something first. This place is not a hotel. Do not expect daily services and such. This is a place for those who want to live the experience of Seoul, not the experience of hotels. So let’s get to it The people who work there are amazing and very helpful and friendly. They contacted me to make sure everything is alright. They sent me a very detailed guid on how to access the place. They even make sure you are comfortable in your stay and in the city. The place is wayyyyy much better than being in a hotel. You get your own washing machine, big fridge, ironing, basically you will save ton of money being here. Some people will consider this a downside, but as they mention in their page, this is not a hotel. Therefore, front disk is there till 6pm. Which means no one will be there to open the door for your highny ass. You will open it yourself, lol. The minimum stay is 7days, which mean you should figure out how to go around using the busses and taxis. Finally, I’ll tell you this, this place is amazing and worth it and I’ll consider it again

Great location, very friendly management, perfect cleanliness, 2 metro stations nearby, 30 minutes walk to the center. Very comfortable mattresses, quiet. Lots of shops, cafes nearby. And three palaces!

Very cozy triple room, good location, very close to Dongdaemun Myeongdong. The landlord is a foreigner and it feels like a designer apartment. There is kitchen equipment, suitable for the three of us to spend Christmas photos and cook together! There is no elevator in the apartment, but the staff is very helpful to help carry luggage. It was minus 4 degrees, and the hotel had floor heating, which was very comfortable😊: If you have any comments, it would be: 1. Add a new place to hang clothes in the hall 2. Because it is a self-check-in apartment, I had already sent my flight arrival information to Ctrip Overseas Reservation Department via email, but for some unknown reason the landlord did not know our flight information.

We planned to be in Seoul 5 weeks and were looking for a place centrally located for day to day activities and near transportation for excursions around the country. First and foremost I must mention Mr. Lee. I am sure the spelling is not right but that is Singba Lee or in Korea I think it is Lee Singba. Anyway, anytime we entered or left he would greet us with a smile and could he help with anything. Second is Dennis Mitchell. We corresponded with him for a few weeks getting the accommodations organized and then had the opportunity to visit with him several times during our trip. I am older and anytime he saw me with bags going up the stairs he would assist. Yes there are stairs but it is only one flight. I have stayed all over the world and the difference of the experience is always the people you interact with. In this case the staff, including the cleaning lady, were spectacular but the accommodations were great as well. We were three adults and two 7 year old twins. Rather than getting the much more expensive room, we were able to get a room and they provided a floor bed we could use. Room included a washing machine and drying rack. We washed frequently and could have brought half the clothes that we did. Also a small kitchenette but we never actually used the cook top. Microwave, fridge and coffee pot we used daily. In the first few days, we had a small leak in the bathroom by the sink and it was fixed before the day was over. These things happen, even at home so no big deal. There is a rooftop area that we went up to a couple times to look over the streets and let the kids run around. I could see going up there with my wife at night and enjoying a good bottle of wine if we didn't have the kids along. Overall, this was a great experience and we are already talking about when we can return to Seoul, stay here of course, and see Mr. Lee and Dennis again. I will add we used the buses extensively and there are three stops within a couple blocks depending on where you are going. One is in front of the SLA entrance. Also, several good restaurants nearby and one right next door. A convenience store across the street which we frequented almost daily.
