The room is clear with better look than online pictures. Staff are polite and willing to help. I have used the golf range, but since this is my first time, I did not have any golf clubs, the staff there was really helpful and taught me how to play.
We walked to the hotel from Namsan Park after trying to see the cherry blossoms, even it takes 10 minutes and need to go up to the mountain. We still think it was a really good experience. Recommend to staying when go to Seoul.

It was an amazing experience to stay at banyan tree Seoul. A bit quieter than other areas; which is lovely to have that bit of an escape. The service is impeccable and the staff are amazing.

It was good as expected from Banyan Tree. It is good to come with a baby. It is convenient because all baby supplies are provided. It is also good because there is a pool in the room.

The room was in the club building and was very spacious with a coffee machine and induction cooker. The outdoor pool was perfect and the breakfast was decent with both Western and Eastern options.

The room was smaller than I thought, which was disappointing ㅠㅠ If you're bringing a baby, I think it would be better to stay in a suite!!!!! The room team listened to our requests very well, and the female staff member (I don't know her name) who provided room service was also very kind!! Lastly, when checking out, staff member Kay Kim responded so calmly and kindly, so I was able to use it in a good mood until the end ♥️ (+ Even when eating breakfast, every single staff member was so nice without exception..!!!)
