I picked this hotel because it had pretty good reviews, so I was shocked to find how terrible this hotel was. The entire hotel and parking lot reeked of cigarette smoke - so much so that my car I parked in the lot reeked of cigarette smoke for days afterwards. The curtains in my room were dirty and the carpet was so old and the door didn’t latch properly. With all these things I half expected bed bugs. Thankfully no bed bugs, but that was the only good thing about the hotel.

Room itself is nice, especially for the price. For the second time at this hotel, no hot water in shower. Hot water worked in lavatory, but not shower. Seems like they are having facility issues.

The property is maintained properly. There is nothing special, everything is done the way it should be for consistent business. there's nothing extravagant about the property, it is in good shape.

This hotel needs a major remodeling. The walls were all marked up and dirty, drapes on the windows in my room were missing, furniture was very worn. My room was not cleaned on Sunday and my toilet got clogged and they offered me a plunger and wanted me to unclog it., which I became very upset with them and told them to call someone to unclog it. The breakfast was terrible and I never tasted such bad coffee in my life. I will never stay at a LaQuinta hotel again. I do plan on calling their corporate phone number and filing a complaint.

We has stayed there a year ago. There was NO housekeeping on one of our days. We had very good breakfasts. The attendant in the breakfast area was great. Their swimming pool water was NOT heated. We were NOT informed we had to ASK for housekeeping on the one day. Could have been much better.
