⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for convenience and comfort. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The check-in process was not a headache, they made it very smooth & simple. A comfortable place for a short stay especially if you have a flight to catch from Hongqiao airport.

The location of the Sushi business hotel was great for us because we needed to be near Hongqiao station. We also enjoyed being close to the Qibao ancient town, and all the shops and cafes and restaurants nearby.
Some of the staff were very helpful. We did have a couple of occasions where the staff were unhelpful with taxis. One staff member refused to book us one, thinking that a taxi was like a DIdi and that the hotel would have to pay for it. I think she also lied about taking she had contacted her manager to ask. This caused us enormous stress, as, being foreigners without a phone number, it seemed we couldn't order a DIdi ourselves (we figured it out). We also had another occasion where a staff member told us to come down for a taxi at a certain time, which we did, and then he told us the taxi had already left. I don't understand the mindset of this. But anyway, apart from these two incidents, we had a good stay. I would stay there again.

Newly renovated? Feel some paint smell in floor and room.
But others are okay to staying and near Qibao old store street.

The hotel room is very clean... It is very convenient to go out to Qibao Old Street... It is also very close to the subway entrance... The transportation is very convenient... The hotel environment is clean and tidy.

Facilities: I happened to meet the exhibition, so I booked a very small room with an old-fashioned wall-mounted air conditioner. The room was in the back and it was very quiet when sleeping;
Hygiene: The shower room was a bit small, just enough for one person to stand;
Environment: Breakfast was in the lobby on the first floor, with noodles and not many other side dishes (there was no partition, so magical, hahaha);
Service: The girl at the front desk provided very good service!
