I was embarrassed at first cause it's quite small room, but it's clean,cozy and convenient. During winter the room is cold ,so it needs some electric mat.

I was very disappointed by the place itself; it's like a cellar... the photos are misleading because you get the impression that the kitchenette and washing machine are in the tiny room, but NO, they're outside with a broken washing machine, and the people living there are very unpleasant. It's a shame because I loved Shanghai and the accommodation was well located. Luckily, I was only there to sleep and shower, and luckily I was alone, because I don't know where we would have put extra luggage, the room was so small. It overlooked a courtyard... into someone's house! No microwave... in short, I won't be going back, but I'll definitely return to Shanghai.

Facilities: The infrastructure is also very complete, and it is equipped with an air purifier. When you check in, you can open the window to purify the air, and you will feel more at ease living here. Hygiene: The hygiene is the same as that of a regular hotel, clean and tidy, and the toiletries, towels and quilt covers are all new. Service: Since it is a decentralized homestay, although the service cannot be communicated with people directly, you can still feel the staff's peace of mind that they can provide guests with a good living experience and ensure everything through text. Overall, this is a very good homestay living experience, and it also opened my understanding of regular hotels and homestays for foreign travelers.
