I stayed here for one night. I came here after leaving another hotel that wasn't good. I'm so glad that I came here instead. I really got such a good night's sleep. One of the hotel staff, Ekko, was extra helpful in answering my questions in English, allowing me to stay longer in the lobby while I waited for my friend and even offered me a bottle of water. He was very welcoming! The the bed is so comfortable and soft and the hotel is very clean. And the breakfast is also delicious. You also have a vending machine on the first floor that takes digital payment and a mini refrigerator in your room. There's also a smart TV with HDMI and screen mirroring. It's great value for money and it's also just a really comfortable place to stay. The interior design is really beautiful and eclectic. I think you'll have fun just hanging out in the lobby, good music playing, for a couple hours doing some work at one of the many sitting areas in the lobby, if you're a digital nomad like me. Really nice vibe!

I stay here a lot for business - the staff are lovely, it’s in a great location. Cafe area is nice and you are close to Seoul Plaza / Qibao old street! Great place!

Most unique lobby interior design! Really like the how they handled the bar design. For the price wise its the best you can find near to Hongqiao airport. I travel to Shanghai 3-4 times a year and if Im having layovers in Hongqiao it will be the first choice.

It's a good hotel for the price . Breakfast is average (4/10). Location is not accessible by bus; they do provide shuttle to bus station 8 am and 8pm. Hallway smells like smoke. Room clean and doesn't smell. Front desk is amazing. Three guys in the front desk are so helpful. If you are traveling for business it does the job..I can't see myself coming back with family

DO NOT book this hotel unless you are planning to drive or take a taxi every time you enter the hotel. Getting to the hotel while walking is very difficult: It's about a 25-30 minute hike from the subway station (map apps will lead you through street that are not accessible) and requires a 15 minute walk that includes hiking up a steep incline through a parking garage and then a *very* long walk across blazingly hot parking lots (no shade) while dodging cars (no sidewalks). See pictures.
The room itself was great, though! No cigarette smoke smell, new, and clean.
I really wanted to like this hotel, but it's just too hard to access, lol.
