Older hotel, but clean. They were very helpful when checking in. My husband had lost his passport and they were willing to use pictures that we had of it. Note to foreign travellers...make sure you have pictures of your passport, including visa and the latest entry stamp. It sure helped. Happy ending, we found the passport at the train station lost and found.

The staffs Zhang qi qi and Li Wen are really friendly. We had mid night check in but overall stay was comfortable.

Not a good experience in my case. Very difficult check in. Hopefully it is not the way they treat their customers in general.

This is my first time staying at Atour X Hotel. I originally stayed at Atour X on Nanjing West Road on the first night. The room was relatively small, but the hygiene and service were all very good. The guy at the front desk helped me upgrade the room type. I was planning to stay there the next day, but considering the return flight, I changed to Atour X at the airport after finishing my business. The wooden king-size bed room is really big, and Atour's bed is really helpful for sleep. I will choose this brand again when traveling in the future.

Atour Hotel is worthy of being a big brand hotel.
