Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World Reviews

Metro station is just across the road. The hotel staffs are very helpful, they helped me collected my parcel before I reached the hotel. One point I’m not satisfied was their machine charged on my card twice.

Great service! Riley helped us during the check in and all our preferences were heard! Location of the hotel and breakfast are superb! I think the room is clean and quite close to the city. The breakfast is diverse and delicious. I will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future.

Radisson Blu Shanghai offers comfort, great views, top dining, and a prime location near People's Square.

Hotel is really bad : very old, poor service, expensive, small gym. Really not up to the Radisson standards. This hotel should be 50eur/night maximum. The breakfast is decent, but again not as good as intercontinental or others 5 star hotels. My room had a broken window, and they did nothing else than putting tape on it. For sure we will never return there, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

Hotel location is the best place to travel to Shanghai. The hotel staff service is excellent, too In particular, a Chinese employee named William responded very kindly. The night view of Shanghai Waitan from the hotel room is also fantastic The hotel's interior facilities are not very impressive. The bedding was good, but the facility felt too old. However, it was a pleasant trip to Shanghai because of the friendly staff's service.

My family stayed at this hotel for our Shanghai city tour. The hotel check-in was done by the staff member, ‘William’, and he accepted my daughter’s request to stay in a high-rise room, which was very nice. The location of this hotel is also very good, so I would like to visit again on my next trip to Shanghai.

The hotel located near the People’s Square subway station, just a few minutes walking from the station. And it located near the famous Nanjing Road walking street which the Miniso Land and popmart located at

Location is super convenient, just infront of lobby cross the street is the metro station entry and exit. Booked the bund view room with a coach in front of window. Nice study table and bath tub in washroom. Hotel staffs all speak english. Water pressure, heater, and room heater works well.

Overall is fine. Location is good. There is foreigner friendly and some can speak English

The hotel service is exceptional. Calling for room service was quick and the staff are very polite and friendly. The bed are very clean and you have the option of choosing the type of pillow you want. Location is fantastic as it is near the main shopping street. Besides it is a subway which makes travelling around so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Shanghai.

Our family had stayed 2 rooms for 3 nights on the 27-30, Dec 2024. Our stay were memorable and amazing. The rooms were so clean with very nice view, the breakfast line were delicious and has many variety of food both western and Chinese. The staffs were the most impressive, they could speak very good english and very friendly. The duty manager is very helpful too. I forgot the souvenir which was the Chinese embroidered traditional fan and just realized when I got back home, the duty manager was very enthusiastic and putting a lot of efforts in getting the forgot item back to me. Thank you so much, I’m really impressed and highly appreciated your hard work and kindness.
