Friendly lady owner. even allowed us to checked in at 8am. near to food streets. Big spacious room. recommended.

Water wasn't free here although the boss was very good and helpled us in deciding where to visit, it is extremely close to national forest park, would suggest

Very very big and nice room. 12 min walk from wulingyuan Bus station and 20min walk from Zhangjiajie east enterance tickets. Night Food street is just at the back of hotel.

In most countries the term „boutique hotel“ refers to something that’s extraordinary and exquisite. We didn’t expect that when we booked, but the rooms looked cozy and comfortable on the photos. However, our stay there wasn’t very pleasant. The reception and the stairs were a bit messy, the elevator dirty. The rooms were not very tidy as well, so we didn’t feel very comfortable. The bathroom looks like it’s still under construction and has never been finished. I know that it’s not a very expensive hotel and we can’t expect something premium for the price, but at the same time it’s not cheap either, and in the same price range most hotels here in China are much much better. On our trip this was one of the worst hotels unfortunately.

Owners are friendly and helpful but the cleanliness needs improvement.

Madame was very kind and helped us book ticket of attraction. Cleanliness was not good. After taking shower one time, room was wetting.

This hotel is in a great location for the avatar mountains. There are lots of food places nearby that serve good noodles. The beds were a little hard and the breakfast not that great. The TV would not connect to a HDMI

At the beginning, the lights in the corridor on the second floor were all black. I was shocked and felt bad, but after the room was opened, the room was still very good, very clean. It's also spacious, and it's very good after the whole stay. It's also very convenient to take a shower, and the water pressure is very good

The hotel is too dirty and the bathroom is too dilapidated. Please do not book accommodation in Zhangjiajie and Fenghuang Ancient City on Ctrip. The size of the bed in the room is completely false. A bed of 1.5 meters is marked as 1.8 meters, and a bed of 1.35 meters is marked as 1.5 meters. I have encountered the same problem when booking accommodation in two places. When I called Ctrip, the response was that they didn’t even acknowledge the fact. It’s so annoying. The scammers are trashing Ctrip. Don’t be fooled again. Don’t easily believe the size of the bed in the room. !

The room is made of tatami mats. The disadvantage is that it feels damp and the bathroom facilities are poor. Fortunately, the boss is nice and even changed the sheets for us personally. I will probably not come to Zhangjiajie again in the future. We did not encounter good weather this time and spent the entrance fee in vain. Ha ha

The starry sky room is also the top floor attic. The bathroom area is not high enough and there is no separate lighting. Tall people always feel that their heads are bumped. The hygiene of the room needs to be improved. There is dust on the bedside table. Traveling is something I can barely accept for the time being.

Due to a change in travel itinerary, I booked this B&B temporarily. The room was not very clean and the toilet didn't work well. It needed to be flushed several times before it could be flushed. It cost more than 260 per night to book a room during the summer. This room was really not worth the price.
