I stayed for over half a month, and the breakfast was truly excellent. The room was spacious, and when I had a small issue the night before checking out, customer service resolved it incredibly quickly. On the day I checked out, it was pouring rain, and a tall, short-haired lady at the front desk personally held an umbrella for me and walked me to my car. Both times she assisted me at the front desk, I truly felt the Mercure's hospitality. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Great value for money, very satisfied! The breakfast spread was excellent, and being on a high floor meant no stuffiness and a great view. My only minor complaint is that the steps outside the entrance weren't finished, so I had to be very careful every time I went down.

The room's screen mirroring wasn't working; I couldn't find the mirroring Wi-Fi. There were also flying insects in the room, so they moved me to a different one.

Rooms are spaceous and clean. Wifi connects easily without a million settings . TV in the room connects to your personal devices via screen mirroring. Orders and deliveries arrive via robots . Quite futuristic. Two elevators working non stop makes it easy to go downstairs - we stayed at 17th floor. Second floor has a gym and a laundry room - yiu can iron your shirt you have all basic requirements covered. Breakfast is an amazing bufet with so much variety and is also available until 11 AM! Check in staff super helpful and kind. They gave gifts to my little daughter and also carried luggage all the way to my room when checking in . Since the hotel.is quite big and not overbooked, it's very quiet at night and you can rest very well. I dont usually have time to leave reviews but I feel like this hotel deserves a big Thank You for our stay.

Arrived at noon for check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly patient and welcoming. They even upgraded my room, which offered expansive views of the golf course. The room itself was spacious, and I really appreciated the separate shower and toilet, which was very convenient. I'm definitely keeping this place in mind for future stays—I'll choose it again next time!

The location of Mercure Hongqiao Central is incredibly convenient, right next to a major transport hub, making it super easy to catch high-speed trains or flights. The hotel's decor is elegant and stylish throughout, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The bedding is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the service was friendly. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options and tastes great. Plus, there are fitness facilities and self-service laundry, which makes it perfect for business travelers. Highly recommended!

Finding a hotel this time around took ages, and a lot of the reviews I saw weren't great, including other Huazhu hotels. Even though this place had decent reviews and a friend recommended it, I was still a bit nervous before checking in. **Environment:** The hotel entrance felt a little cramped, but once inside, it instantly felt comfortable. The light, minimalist style is exactly what I like. The room layout was also very pleasant; the lighting and space were both great. **Facilities:** The room had a coffee machine ☕ which was very convenient, and a fridge (with soft drinks inside). The lobby also had water brewed by the hotel itself. **Hygiene:** Very clean! This was my biggest concern, and I gave it a thorough look-over as soon as I entered. **Service:** I was genuinely impressed with the service this time. Staff members would actively approach and ask if I needed anything if we made eye contact, always with a smile. The cleaning lady even politely greeted me with a 'Good morning' as I left my room and asked, 'May I clean the room now?' Just a minor point: the front desk staff said the room they arranged had a better view (facing the golf course), but all I saw was a messy rooftop 🤣. However, it was quiet, which was a plus and didn't affect my overall satisfaction. **Food:** The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, covering Chinese and Western styles, coarse grains, fine noodles, and fruits. If you're not looking for steak for breakfast, it's perfectly adequate for a regular meal (didn't get a full photo, but there's also a coffee machine and toaster 🍞).

So happy can stay here for 3 night while we on holidays at Shanghai, our room is upgrading to the larger room, and many amenities that they gave to us, the breakfast is delicious and many variation, maybe next time we will stay at this hotel again
