This is a great hotel, conveniently located close to Disneyland. They offer a shuttle service to the train station, airport, city center, and Disneyland, which you can book in advance. In the evenings, they even provide foot soaking tubs and mugwort foot soaks, which is a really thoughtful touch. They also have activities for families.

I stayed here for 2 nights and want to share my honest experience. Pros: 1. Not far from Disneyland, about a 10-minute ride, and the hotel provides a shuttle service to Disneyland. 2. They offer foot bath tubs and herbal foot bath sachets, which are great for soaking your feet after a long day at Disneyland. Cons: 1. The hygiene was poor. After my child slept there for one night, they developed many red, itchy spots on their feet and hands, which later spread to their back. It felt like the bedsheets and comforter weren't clean, and they might have been bitten by mites or something similar. 2. I'm not sure if I was ripped off by the hotel or by Ctrip, but I booked for two days and only got breakfast on one morning. The other morning, there was no breakfast. It cost over 600 RMB per night, and I specifically paid extra for a room with breakfast. I even confirmed this multiple times with customer service online, and they never mentioned that breakfast would only be available for one day. This is a huge rip-off! 3. The hotel room was very small and had a strong disinfectant smell. When I first opened the door, it smelled terrible, and it took a while to get used to it.

Our stay was very satisfying. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The facilities were excellent, and our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's shuttle bus service was a real convenience, and the breakfast spread was extensive with fresh ingredients, catering to various tastes. Overall, it's a perfect hotel for family trips, and we'd definitely come back if we have the chance.

It's a 5-10 minute walk from the subway station, which is acceptable. The hotel's overall environment is good and quite clean. They also offer complimentary late-night congee and foot bath tubs. Overall, it's pretty good.

This was our second time at Disney, and my kids really wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. I did a lot of searching on Xiaohongshu and picked this one, and we were really happy with it! They have an outdoor pool, and when we came back from Disney in the evening, there was even late-night porridge and foot-soaking tubs. Honestly, all the services were so thoughtful. We actually wanted to extend our stay for two more nights but they were fully booked. If we ever go to Disney a third time, we'd definitely consider staying here again.

The overall environment is decent, but my stay this time was not good. There were various issues. First, during check-in, the front desk said they'd upgraded me to a themed room and insisted I leave my luggage and go upstairs to see it, in case I didn't like it. After seeing it, I indeed didn't like the themed room and asked to keep my original room. The front desk then said it was no longer available, and there were no king-sized beds either. My options were to check out or downgrade my room type. Shouldn't a hotel normally reserve rooms booked through Ctrip? Seeing I was unhappy, they then said downstairs that they did have a room they could switch me to. Second, the pillow in the room had foreign objects on it. The hotel manager should have promptly moved me to a different room. Third, a food delivery was sent to the wrong room, and when I tried to contact customer service, the room phone wasn't working. So, my overall experience was just mediocre.

Traveling to Shanghai Disneyland with my two daughters, the front desk attendant kindly informed me about the subway location and room soundproofing before check-in. They even upgraded our room when we checked in, and the spacious room delighted the kids the moment they walked in. All the staff were warm and attentive, answering questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. The hotel offers a variety of children's activities. As soon as we checked in, there was a 'little detective' activity that the kids loved as they explored the hotel. We didn't have time to participate in some of the other activities, but we'll definitely come back to experience them next time. In the evening, there's also complimentary warm congee, which is a nice touch to soothe and relax you. The hotel is near Kangxin Highway Station on Line 11. Since we were traveling with kids, we didn't take the subway. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the park, which was very convenient.

The room was great, on the 8th floor facing the subway. The noise wasn't an issue and didn't disturb my sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, and the wontons and dumplings were freshly made.

We were in Shanghai for a weekend trip with our kids, and with limited time, we needed a convenient location between the city center and Disneyland. This hotel was perfect! When planning my trip to Disneyland, I booked this hotel because I found a Pudong consumption voucher. However, I feel like Trip.com was a bit sneaky; while the voucher seemed to offer a significant discount, the price difference compared to others who booked without a voucher was only about a few tens of yuan. Nevertheless, the hotel itself was great. The facilities were complete, and the bedding was comfortable, much better than what you'd find at the Toy Story Hotel! The soundproofing was also excellent. Even though the hotel was fully booked on the Friday and Saturday we stayed, we didn't hear any noise from other rooms at night. There's an outdoor pool downstairs with a sunshade over it. If you have time, you could bring swimsuits for the kids to enjoy. The hotel offers plenty of shuttle buses to Disneyland. The ride takes about 12 minutes, but you do have to cross a rather treacherous pedestrian bridge after getting off, and again when boarding at night. However, compared to taking the subway and walking around, the shuttle bus is definitely more comfortable. There were even hotel staff assisting at the shuttle bus stop in the evening, which was a great touch.

We had a wonderful stay here with great rooms, great facilities and great food until we took the shuttle back to the hotel. At Disney we got onto a bus with the sign that said Shanghai Clover, only to then be taken to another hotel and the driver leaving us there saying "no Shanghai Clover". We took a car back to the hotel. This wasn't a big problem as we made it back easily but what was really frustrating when I told the staff at reception what had happened he completely ignored me and as I was trying to explain and show him the picture he walked away from me rudely waving his hand as to brush me away. This was a disgusting way to treat a guest and a real bitter way to end what was otherwise a great weekend. 👎👎👎
