Good hotel. Nearby the disneyland. They also provide shuttle bus to go to disneyland, pudong airport, railway station, the bund. You just need to reserve 1 day in advance. Will come back for sure 😊

I'm having a really nice time here. The staff was friendly and the quality of the room is very good. Lo location is also convenient (it has family mart and disnayland nearby)

Loved the free drinks system but was too far from the Main city. Would come back for Disneyland experience.

Definitely a gem around Shanghai Disneyland. Much affordable option as compared to the other Shanghai Disney Resort hotels . They have theme rooms to fascinate the kids. Booked through Trip com as I was unable to book through the hotel official website/app. Thus can't accumulate hotel points. The hotel has daily shuttle bus to HongQiao Railway, Disneyland and Putong airport. Very convenient! Happy with their service too! No Chance to have their breakfast , opposite the hotel is there are not 1 but 2 family marts! Also ordered delivery through ******* (u will need a china number, which can get from airport).

Very good hotel, tasty and diverse breakfast. Shuttle buses are so easy. All staf is super friendly and helpful!

We were so so so impressed with the shuttle transport to and fro Disneyland, everything was so meticulously planned and scheduled pretty much to perfection for Disney goers. They even have free shuttle to and fro The Bund which really helps alleviate the problem w this Pudong location. Also loved the convenience of having 2 minimarts literally outside the hotel main entrance. What a gem! For Disney goers, remember to ask your friendly Shuttle bus concierge for her chaperoned park service… 2 thumbs up for that! Saved us a a tonne on crazy-priced Premium Accesses passes.

Free shuttle to Disney To&Fro. Short 10mins ride. 2 convenience stores across hotel. Good for some snacks and raincoat. Front desk customer service could have been more friendlier esp this is Novotel! House keeper was a lot better. Generally ok to stay for Disney trip other than that nothing to do around vicinity.

Best decicion to stay here for Disneyland. There was free shuttle bus The food was great and the room was clean. We are happy to be here.

We were so happy we chose Novotel for our stay during Shanghai trip. It is very closed to Disneyland and with very good distance to the airport. With the free bus service, we had very convenient trips to Shanghai hongqiao station, Disneyland, and Pudong airport. We saw a comment about noise from metro nearby. We had a room on 2nd floor and heard the noise too, but the metro closes at night so it does not affect our sleep

A very comfortable hotel, they have the biggest bed. I could get all four of us in one bed. The staff are friendly and kind. I get a free upgrade for my stay to a corner room with hello kitty decor. They provide free porridge from 5-9pm. Supper is from 9 pm onwards with a small fee. I would definitely come back here next time.

We had a great stay. The service was excellent and the facilities were clean. Special thanks to Lucky, our Disney trip advisor—she was super helpful and gave outstanding service. It was also really convenient having stores right across the road from the hotel. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Nice hotel suitable for children, nice breakfast and shuttle bus services.

By far the best hotel we've stayed in Shanghai. Close proximity to the airport and Shanghai disneyland. The hotel provides free shuttle services to and fro both places, as well as to The Bund. The hotel even has a group chat for stayers where one can request for things (e.g. amenities, services) easily. Highly recommend!
