When I first entered the hotel, the reception part doesn’t look so clean, but the check in was smooth, they help me arrange my airport drop-off seamlessly, this is a good service~ and the room is quite big but just there’s nothing special. Recommend to just stay a short period of time for airport transfer.

Everything was perfect. Will back again. Very close to the airport and have bus transit every hour. Love it.

Only the woman staff was very nice but the rest things this hotel are fucking bad. First, need to pay for deposit and pay for hotel room again second the room was dirty a lot of dust in every where in hotel room.
Bathroom and air conditioner were broken.
Hotel tab was broken and environment around the hotel was bad. No restaurant around only some street food which was dirty.

Receptionist does not speak basic English. The bed is really hard and the room is not well isolated (we could hear all the discussions in other rooms).

It's really good! The service is very nice and the location is near from anywhere. Very recommended to stay when you're transit in Shanghai!

Transport transfer was poorly organised despite prior arrangements. If no local mobile, a lot of time and effort needed to jump through hoops. Claims to be near airport but it is in the village farmland with nothing around. Strongly dun recommend.

There is bus service to the airport and Disney it’s great!.
The toilet have hot and cold water The room is clean.
Location not bad, in front of hotel has bus to city.The customer service they cant speak English but them try to help.
