Avoid at all cost unless all other hotels are booked. The room was filthy (I stayed in 315). Was definitely not cleaned. The hotel overall is dirty. The hotel logos LED banner has broken letters. Reception staff speak no English, which is shocking as they position themselves as an “airport hotel”. The location itself is not near the airport. About 15-20 mins drive. I had parcels arrive here, was made to look for them myself. No one even checked that I took my own parcels. The bedding was clean and the hotel provides transport to the airport which is the only good thing about the place. But yeah, avoid like the plague unless you have no choice. I paid £20 which is cheap, but for the same amount I’ve stayed in better places.

HOTEL REWARDS
This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible.
Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

Nice location, near Linkong MRT station and Pudong Airport. Staffs are friendly and willing to help. There are free shuttle bus for picking up and sending at the Airport and also Disneyland. Very convenient ~☺️☺️

Its decent hotel for its price. Staffs are nice and reply my request.nicely and very helpful. I did have a good sleep and refreshing shower.
Airport shuttle runs almost once every hour. The hotel will be my top priority for next visit.
