Stunning. Comfortable. There was a spa center at 5th floor. Breakfast was delicious and various choices. Location also very good. Direct line to NECC.

All was good except for the smoking part - it is a non-smoking hotel, but people still smoke in the rooms.  

Room is extremely spacious and newly renovated. The cleanliness is very much better than my expectation. The only thing is, breakfast below satisfactory and the location is very far from attraction spots.

During my recent two-day business trip, I encountered a major inconvenience here at the hotel. The front desk informed that they required me to leave my passport for manual registration for foreigners, taking a full day and night. This outdated process is uncommon elsewhere and raised security concerns. I can't recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, especially foreigners.

Nice hotel with great and spacious rooms. The staff unfortunately speaks no English at all and the room wasn't clean (a lot of hair from previous guests). Also the elevator control system sucks, especially if your room is on a high floor it will take some time. Other than that it can be recommended if the price is good.

The room was satisfactory, but the noise from the subway was quite loud. The service helped to upgrade the room floor, which felt much better. The overall evaluation was as good as before. It was very convenient to eat or order takeout nearby

The room is quite big, high floor, quiet, and the equipment is relatively new. I met many F1 fans staying here. It is quite convenient to watch the game. It is 3 subway stops from Anting. I will choose this place again when watching F1 in the future.

I have never been to Jiading, but I found this hotel after reading online reviews. I think the design and color of the room are very comfortable, and I especially like the smart toilet and robot. Starting from the hotel, the person who checked in at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He arranged the room according to the child's preferences and sent him to the elevator. On the way to the room, I saw the aunt who cleaned the room and greeted them warmly. The next day at breakfast, the restaurant staff greeted me warmly. The child wanted to go to the bathroom, and a person in a black uniform took him there. During the meal, the child wanted to eat fruit, but couldn't reach it, so the service staff helped him get it. When we finished the meal and left, we needed hot water, and the service person also patiently provided it. After the meal, we packed up and prepared to check out. When we came to the front desk, it was still the waiter in black uniform. Seeing that the child wanted to eat candy, he took milk candy specially and reminded him to eat less and not eat it all at once, otherwise his teeth would hurt. Finally, he gave him a small gift. The whole process made me feel like going home. I have stayed in five-star hotels many times before. To be honest, the price is much more expensive than here, but the enthusiasm and sincerity of the service are far behind!
