Smooth check in, front desk answered all the questions I had. Hotel staff and cleaners were friendly. After coming back from a long day it was a good surprise that they gifted me mousepad after seeing I had a laptop for work. Asked for late checkout due to circumstances and got that smoothly as well, lady was also very polite. I would recommend this hotel from my experience
JW Marriott Shanghai Fengxian

Fengxian Development Zone
Facilities: Still very new~ We stayed in room 1108~ The door lock is still very loose~ We can hear it when the opposite door is closed~ Hygiene: The gutters are still not wiped clean Environment: The layout of their Chinese restaurant is okay~ I think the layout of the buffet is a bit messy~, and the layout of the breakfast is also a bunch here and there~ It’s not very convenient to get things Taste: The food in the Chinese restaurant tastes pretty good. The executive restaurant has a little less choice. For the pancakes and fruits in the breakfast buffet, you should let them make it the way you like, otherwise it will be too salty and not delicious. Service: The overall service is good~ However, the service in the Chinese restaurant needs to be improved~ The serving speed is also very slow~ It is said that it is slow because there is a wedding banquet~ So it is still the off-season~ What should I do in the peak season~ I have to keep up with the progress and be worthy of the meal~ This area of Fengxian is still under development~ We happened to be going to the Big Boat Hotel for a wedding reception~ So we came to stay in Gumei in advance~ There is a museum five minutes away~ The art of paper has recently been displayed~ It's pretty good
