Facilities: The hotel is very new and has a good environment. You can smell the aromatherapy when you enter the door, which alleviated my motion sickness. There is also a small swimming pool. If you bring your children here in the summer, you can play in the water. There is a gym and so on. Service: As soon as we got off the bus, the welcoming guy took the initiative to help us with our luggage. The young lady at the front desk also helped us upgrade our room. There are many kinds of breakfast, including bread, stir-fried vegetables, cold dishes, noodles, steamed buns, and yogurt, coffee, and soy milk porridge. It was very filling. I brought my mother to Disneyland with me. She thought it was great and will come again next time. The girl at the front desk was also great. When I left, I couldn't remember whether the curling iron was turned on or not, so the troublesome girl checked it for me. Highly recommended!

The room is minimalist, comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom has a large dry and wet separation area. The toothbrush in the toiletries is wooden handle, the toothpaste is wrapped in paper, and a filter and water boiler is provided. The hotel has an excellent location, and the room can face the Clearwater Bay in full screen, and it is across the river from the Pullmon Hotel. The beautiful scenery makes people feel happy. The butler-style service of Wang Siyan at the front desk is also very good, which is convenient for communication without disturbing each other, warm and polite.

This hotel is definitely amazing and cost effective. 👌 The room was really spacious, with a great view, clean, and the amenities are great. It has a fabulous gym, and the pool is large. You can buy their breakfast which is fabulous, and the view from their revolving restaurant on the 50th floor just completes the whole experience. You don't have to worry if your Chinese is not too good, their staff is fluent in English, and they also have an amazing service attitude which quite frankly is hard to find. Only a 7 minute walk from the Pudong train station, I will definitely come back.

Perfect location for visiting friends in the area. A short walk to shops and restaurants. Gym facilities are with Terawellness next door. Take the hotel towel if you want to swim. Room clean and functional. Tea kettle provided, but no fridge. Late checkout given without any problem. Breakfast a reasonable mixture of western and Chinese. If needed, would definitely stay again. A good price.
