The hotel is located in proximity to the Napa lake, and with easy access. The staff was very welcoming, and made the experience great, they are very reactive and help with any inquires. The rooms are very clean and modern, and has oxygen supply.
The food was also great, and local food is served for breakfast and dinner or lunch.
The hotel facilities are beautiful, with a nice garden, traditional architecture and located in a very calm and relaxing area.
We even received a little lunch bag for our travels with tea, water, and cookies.
Pick up and drop off worked great, and was convenient for our travels.
I would like to stay again, when I come back to ShangriLa. Thank you for your warm welcome and the wonderful stay.

This resort is only rated as ok, not advise to stay there. Room is not very well maintained service very poor, have to remind them to clean up the room every day. Breakfast time (8.00a.m.) but food are not ready and not very hygenic at all as we know this is a new resort, need a lot more improvement to it as they have part time worker working only 1 or 2 months, very disappointed. Not going to recommend this resort.

we stayed for one night , the staff is amazing , realy nice and welcoming...
great room, nice dinner.
it was realy windy ,so not much to do arround,
but the hotel offered theier nice local exebition and local clothes so we had good time.

The visit and explanation of the ******* Culture Museum in the manor were great. It was magnificent, the room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeper also made butter tea for us. I really liked the feeling of being in each villa. I didn't have to worry about anything and just enjoyed my vacation time.

I stayed at Shujia in Luoguqing on May Day and had a good impression, so I chose Shujia for one night in Shangri-La. Facing the Napa Sea, the room also has diffused oxygen supply, which is great. For dinner, we had Shujia's specialty "Xiao Qing Spicy Hot Pot", which was as delicious as ever. Next to the villa is Napa Sea’s internet celebrity attraction “City in the Sky”. The staff are very enthusiastic and will contact you by phone and WeChat early. The service is very timely. I am passing by Shangri-La this time, and will come again during the dry season next time.
