The room is very big, bigger than some five sarts hoteles, It has a little smoke flavour, and the corridors also with a strong smell of tabacco. Simple servce, not specially good location

Very satisfied. It snowed on the day we arrived at Shangri-La. The room has floor heating. It was very warm when we entered the room. We didn't feel cold at all. On the contrary, it was very hot. Good service!

Not far from the ancient city, the room is large and standard. There is an oxygen machine on the first floor. The hotel front desk is friendly and helped to express the trekking poles. Breakfast is in the restaurant opposite, with a full variety and good service. It is really recommended.

The house is large and clean, but there is always a strong smell. It was the same after I changed rooms. I asked the service staff and they told me it was the smell of ghee. Those who mind it or have a keen sense of taste should choose carefully. The rest is OK.
