LISIMAN Xinsu Yusiye Oxygen Supply Manor (Shangri-La Branch)

Our corner room has excellent views of the mountains and plains, and it is clean and comfortable. If this was the first place we stayed in Yunnan, we would have been quite impressed. However we had stayed in another hotel before coming here, and so in comparison, the service level and quality of amenities has room for improvement. The service team is generally professional and not very warm nor proactive. The “afternoon tea” in the package is completely not as shown in the photos; instead, it is a plate of cheap supermarket snacks. There are plenty of animals for feeding and photo taking, but we saw a couple of injured animals with no medical attention provided. Maybe life for animals is harsh here, but if one is making money out of them as a business model, then at least treat them decently. It would be better if they provided filtered water that can be topped up, instead of bottled water. At this altitude and climate, it is very drying and a lot of water is consumed, resulting in great waste of plastic. There is a small kettle which you can keep boiling, I suppose. Lisiman is a franchise that offers the classic tourist experience that includes dressing up as their minority tribes and taking photos with animals and against dramatic landscapes. Service was efficient but soulless — it felt like a transaction, not hospitality.

The service is really good. They had added me in WeChat the day before to arrange for pick up from the train station. The vibes and the environment here is really cosy and nice.

The best hospitality and services, they are very friendly and helpful plus they can speak english well 😃 my wife and i really enjoy the stay and happy to visit this place again. Peaceful Farm-Style Retreat with Incredible Views I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful farm-style hotel and it was a truly memorable experience. The setting is serene and surrounded by nature, with farm animals adding to the charm and making it feel like a true countryside escape. The room was spotless and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. But the real standout? The view! Absolutely breathtaking—pictures don’t do it justice. Overall, I loved every moment of my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, scenic environment with warm hospitality.

We are a muslim family of 5 (2A,3C-13,11,9). The hotel picked us up from the railway station. We arrived early so they sent us to town for us to walk around. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and spacious. ******* luxury vibe. Animals (sheeps, ponies, deers, huskies) are adorable and friendly. We requested to go for horse riding. The hotel took is to a nearby area at the napahai. Around 10mins. We loved it, It was a memorable experience for us all. Perfect experience and we wish to come back if we have the chance. For halal food: we ate in town. Hotel offers no pork no lard no alcohol items as well.
