This time I brought my mother and baby to Shaoxing for a trip. It was a good choice to choose Shaoxing Hotel. If I come again next time, I will choose to stay here again.

The free travel photography can only be participated by one person in a room. If there is one more person, an additional fee will be charged. It would be better if two people can use it.

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Shaoxing Railway Station located approximately 2km away and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport roughly 39km away. Just a short walk from City Square Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. There's plenty to do nearby, with The China Shaoxing Wine Museum, Fushan Park and Ancient City of Shaoxing all within a short distance. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

Shaoxing is so undervalued in the Jiannan area. If you can tolerate the scent of stinky tofu, you would enjoy the leisure time at Shaoxing.
This holiday inn located in the old town area is by the side of water channel within 2min of walks to the stone streets. Perfect location for citywalkers.
Their friendly staffs, Dongzhi, Qiufen and Jingzhe will help you to pick up your luggage and communicate with you through WeChat (the Chinese version of WhatsApp).
We will come back to this place in the future.
BTW. Their cat, namely Rich, is friendly and lovely too. Purring and squeezing eyes to travelers is her special talent! 🥰

My parents had a wonderful trip. The B&B owner was very welcoming and offered to pick us up at all the scenic spots. On our last day, he even dropped us off at the bus station and gave us a box of pastries.

From Hangzhou to Shaoxing, stayed for one night (it feels a bit of a walk). The location of the hotel is very good, across the road is Lu Xun's former residence. 👍 It is very convenient to eat, visit attractions, and travel. 👍 There are a lot of hotel rooms. The only downside is that you carry your luggage and go up and down the second floor. Others are good, the room decoration is quite new. Come to Shaoxing again, will choose to live here.

The hotel is in a great location. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy and the surrounding former residences, and it takes more than ten minutes to get to Cangqiao Zhijie Street!
The room space is compact, and my room has a spacious washroom.
The service is very good! Before checking in, we will confirm whether we need a parking space, and we can also ask if we can check in early. The feeling is very detailed and warm.
The hotel is in a residential area, surrounded by old neighborhoods, and it is very quiet at night. Not far away is Joy City and other businesses, and it is very convenient to eat and take out.

The pillows were the best I've had in a while. Very happy stay. I had breakfast included but managed to miss it everyday of my stay so can't comment on that. I am very satisfied with this trip as a whole!
First of all, the room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a tatami tea room, a large balcony, a bathtub, a foot bath bucket, a shower room, a smart toilet, a Dyson hair dryer, etc. Welcome fruits are specially prepared, and hygiene is also very important. There are disposable bath bags and disposable toilet mats for bathing. There are steam eye masks on the bedside table that can be used. This is the first time I have seen a hotel provide 1.5L×2 bottles of mineral water, which is very considerate overall!
The room faces east, and you can see the sunrise in the room in the morning, and you can see the sunset when you come to the top of the mountain in the evening. The hotel also has many entertainment facilities, including KTV, swimming pools, hot springs, chess and card rooms, fishing, and picking.
The daily breakfast is also very rich, with three choices of staple food + nutritious meals. If you need to order lunch and dinner, you need to book one day in advance. The dishes are all grown by the hotel, super fresh and delicious!
Bringing a dog to stay here requires an additional 200 yuan pet cleaning fee. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will receive a dog check-in gift package, which contains a urine pad, toys, and wet wipes. The kitchen will also prepare fresh food for the dog every day. The service is really good!
I especially like the housekeeper Xiao Luo. The service is very good, the reply to the message is very timely, and the shuttle bus will take us back and forth between the lobby and the tree house every day.
On the day of leaving the hotel, I also received a large bag of souvenirs prepared by the hotel, which are all home-grown vegetables~
I have recommended it to my friends around me, and I will come again when I have time next time!

The homestay offered remarkable value for money, combining comfort with an authentic cultural experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met while allowing me the space to find my own rhythm.
If you’re looking for a place to clear your mind and connect with your inner self, I cannot recommend this homestay enough. It’s a true haven where traditional beauty meets modern-day tranquility. I left feeling refreshed and inspired—exactly what I had hoped for.

I had a fantastic stay at the ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is a huge plus for business travelers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality.
The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests.

NNayemThis hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review:
We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us.
Service: 9/10
Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings.

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

GGuest UserBring your baby to Shaoxing, the hotel upgraded our room for one day for free. Welcome fruit, dessert every day, butler service is very timely. Especially this housekeeper Xiao Ni. The hotel's Chinese restaurant for dinner is not expensive, there is a small zoo and horse riding 😀. The lawn is very large and suitable for outdoor. The hotel is very large, and there are many places such as the wine cellar that I don't have time to visit because I have a baby. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserThe Oriental Grand hotel is part of a complex which includes 3 theme parks. One indoor mountain park, one indoor water park, and one large outdoor theme park. The parks were fun for our toddler. Call in advance to see which parts of the park are open/closed for the season. The hotel and facilities are designed for kids, so expect lots of them to be around! We stayed for 3 nights during the October Golden Week but the hotel was not overly busy, nor was the theme park.
The breakfast was solid with mostly Chinese options but Western options as well. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Other food options in the area are quite limited, and the food in the parks is pretty poor.
We were a 20-40 minute taxi ride away from other major attractions in the city, like Daxianglin and the giant buddha, as well as some of the ancient towns.
The rooms were clean and new, and we had an excellent view of the nightly fireworks show from the main theme park, even from the bathtub! The rooms were quiet at night and the blackout curtains allowed everyone to sleep in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Overall I would recommned this hotel to people seeking quiet and comfort during a theme-park trip.

GGuest UserThis is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. I will stay here every time I come back. People who like it here like their breakfast. People are also very good. Stay in the morning and evening for a cup of coffee, a cup of tea at night to sleep, very close to the high-speed rail, clean, high floor, great, worth staying

CCherry WeddelI thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together.
While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.
