I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

I'm so glad that I've chosen Solymar for my first visit of Sharm. The territory of the hotel is small, very beautiful and gives cozy feeling. I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly and nice, especially Maher and Allah. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

Very beautiful holiday, a respected place, worth evaluating, and every need here is very high quality, whether it's rooms, eating, parties, or places, swimming pools, very addictive, and the Liv Garden is all very respected, very delicious, and the Owey Center in their work, and the Okoa Park De is a story alone. On the level of sweet, frankly, one of the most important elements of the hotel, Tim Enemishin, from Mamado, the paradise of Tamer, Mohammed Sanki, and especially the age of a patron, is a very young man, and they have Power and Benedict, and they've been spreading positive energy all over the place, from being so hard to a very beautiful place.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the Red Sea and the farsha cafe with stunning views! The staff were very welcoming and even gave us guava juice to drink when we checked in! There are a lot of activities at night, and things get quiet after about 11 o'clock. If you want to go to bed early, you may need to prepare earplugs.

It is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

PPoggi 2022.09.06
Excellent resort, close to Sharm El Sheik airport, it is about 30 minutes from the old town, the Safari and the marina where trips to Ras Mohammad depart. The hotel is located within soho square, a safe neighborhood that is foreign to the typical incursions of Egyptian sellers found in the rest of the country. We were able to compare ourselves, during the various trips, with other tourists on the quality of the hotel, the size and type of the beaches, THE RESTAURANTS (sore point in Egypt) and I must say that the Savoy hotel came out victorious. The comparison with the other resorts was then also compared by us on the occasion of transfers and dinners. The resort is equipped with every comfort: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants (Rosmarino really has an excellent value for money, super recommended), a wide and sandy beach with a reef rich in typical coral reef species. Inside the hotel you will find several operators who will offer you trips and excursions (we opted for GetYourGuide apart from the parasailing we did with them). The maid service was excellent all week.

HHayarpiThe quality of the towels and robes was exceptional. The service was pretty good, surrounding was beautiful and clean. From the lobby there’s a very nice view. Nice balcony however we booked a sea view room, we were given a pool view room. The buffet was really good for breakfast, a lot of food choices, especially for dessert. We also had a lunch in the same buffet but it was overpriced. Going to the city center by taxi for lunch or dinner is much more worthy. Not many dinner options at the restaurant of the hotel.

Ccarolynprior123Lovely place that I would return to - we have been to Egypt before and had issues with the food options not here though - there was always a good selection of English and Turkish food lots of show cooking omelettes fried eggs pancakes waffles chicken fish kebab meat lamb beef along with breads cakes salads sushi ice cream at every meal. The beach was always very busy however the pool had sun loungers free whatever time of day we went. Drinks were included (some cocktails) and whisky, rum, gin, vodka and all soft drinks that were served from bottles. Do not drink the water at all! They offer a towel service where u can get a fresh towel in exchange for a towel card that they give u when u check in we had fresh towels daily. Little golf buggies drive round the hotel all day and night taking I to anywhere you wanted within the hotel grounds as it got very hot in the day All in all a great holiday and I would return thank you

GGuest UserAn elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

CCHAO1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day. 2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish. 3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style. 4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant. 5. The all-inclusive beach drinks are only in plastic cups, not a can if there is no glass.

KkorayThe hotel was built with beautiful authentic North African architecture style, with trees all around. Both pool area and the beach was nice. GGuest UserAll inclusive small but cozy. Very good food, varied, rich. Rooms comply. Large swimming pools, one of them with warm water. It has access to two beaches, one in front, Gafy, (approximately 200 meters away); And another beach located at the other end of Naama Bay, which you can reach on foot (approximately 20/25 minutes along some pretty streets) or by bus (at the hotel's expense). On Gafy beach you can see colorful fish from practically the shore, it is beautiful.

GGuest UserArrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.

It’s a lovely resort with a water park for kids and few pools to choose from. It was not located by the beach but they offered a free bus shuffle to the beach - they had two locations: one beautiful sandy beach with water sports activities for an extra charge and another one small one for snorkelling. You have to book the bus in advance. The Internet was rather weak and only available in the room. You had to ask for a code at the reception as it expired pretty quickly of you use WiFi on a regular basis. We absolutely loved the entertainment! The spa was nice too. The food was delicious and the drinks were very tasty, especially cocktails served by the smaller pool. There is a shop on site if you need any extras. It would be a perfect holiday if not for a fact that someone stole my daughter’s air pods from our room. We know it was not a cleaner but some hotel quest but that was because the room stay open when they are being cleaned and when staff is cleaning the balcony they have little control over who comes in your room! I had to battle with the hotel management over it but got a refund at the end. Stay vigilant and use the safe box in your room for any precious things you have. Otherwise you definitely enjoy it.
