Fairfield by Marriott Hotels in Shenzhen

I am satisfied with the customer service, vibe, hardware and cleanliness during my stay. The front desk staff is professional, responsive and attentive. They make my stay easier. The self-serviced laundry room is a plus as they don't charge any penny for the usage. The breakfast is above average with many choices. There is a noodle bar where around eight choices are available, which surprised me. For the room, the cleanliness is above average and the hardware is well maintained. Suggestion: For getting into the lift, I would suggest giving a few more seconds before closing the door after someone came out. As an adult, I have to rush into the lift before the door closes. Also, please highly restrict any people smoking in the hotel as it is a major issue especially the smell in the room.
