Most terrible hotel we stay, decide to change hotel on next day, actually is not consider is HOTEL, is resident area, toilet and room all is dirty every where, door lock even is broke…bad experience, but the staff is good

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and doing their best to meet our needs. The rooms were appropriate for the price, with decent cleanliness. However, the hotel is quite worn down and located next to a military camp, which can get noisy at times. Overall, the staff's hospitality stood out, and the hotel offers good value for the money despite its drawbacks.

It's hard to find a room with a double bed. This is a 1.8+1.5, which is very good. It's clean, with complete disposable supplies, good sanitary environment, and a small balcony. It feels very comfortable.

It was quite special to see the soldiers training on the small balcony in the morning and evening; the toilet was blocked, so I went to the front desk and they came to deal with it quickly; since I had a courier to send or receive, the front desk recommended the SF Express mini program to collect it at my doorstep, and helped me hand it over to the courier, which was great!

At night, someone who was said to be the landlord's friend knocked on the door and asked to come into the room to take pictures. The photos on the platform are well photoshopped. You will know when you check in. Will you come again next time?

The location is quite far from the subway station, about 10 minutes walk. The whole building has a musty smell, but fortunately I booked a balcony and opened the glass door to eliminate the smell. There are spider webs on the steel bars of the balcony. If it is a B&B standard, it still needs to be improved.

The room is equipped with complete electrical appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, electric blanket, and electric heater. The key is that the housekeeper is also very nice. To be honest, it is really difficult to find a pet-friendly hotel or B&B in Futian. See U B&B is quite cost-effective. I will book a room here next time if I have the chance~

Check-in was quick and the check-in guide was clear. The landlord also helped to store the luggage after check-out. I will definitely stay here when I come to Shenzhen next time. Recommended
