The room was very spacious and clean, with complete amenities including a washing machine. Check-in was also convenient. I'd definitely come back here next time I'm staying near Chegongmiao with friends.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with complete and excellent facilities, truly having everything you could ask for. The environment is also beautiful, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided thoughtful service.

I can only say it was incredibly comfortable! My best friend and I came here, and there were so many amenities, including a projector and a TV, making it perfect for a short trip. The front desk lady was also very nice, and the overall living experience was great. The only minor drawback is that the way here is a bit tricky to navigate, haha.

The environment is great! The projector is super comfortable, and the sound quality is excellent! Especially the bed, it's so cozy. They even thoughtfully provided two types of pillows, a feather pillow and a memory foam pillow, ensuring a pain-free sleep! I used to suffer from insomnia every time I stayed in a hotel or guesthouse before this! The privacy is excellent! Food delivery is very convenient! There's a shopping mall nearby that I absolutely love, making dining and buying daily necessities very easy. The customer service staff were also very enthusiastic, and the management is incredibly humane. When my friend wasn't feeling well and wanted to extend our stay, the process was simple and affordable. Later, when we wanted to check out early, they promptly refunded the extra money we paid! Overall, a large part of the emotional value of this weekend trip came from the accommodation experience. It's truly thoughtful and comfortable, very close to many attractions and shopping malls in Futian District, and public transport and taxis are also very convenient! Five-star recommendation!!!!

The facilities are quite comprehensive, with a washing machine and an electric kettle available. The hygiene is excellent; everything is neat and tidy. The environment is also very good, with a large and spacious feel. The service attitude is exceptional; all the staff are very enthusiastic.

SEEU Apartment exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless and spacious, equipped with all the smart amenities, including a washer-dryer and a microwave. The front desk service was attentive to every detail. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway station. I highly recommend it! Amazing value for money!

After a lot of research, my family and friends chose this place for our trip to Shenzhen. It's super convenient for getting around ➡️ about a 560-meter walk from Qiaoxiang subway station Exit B and Antuoshan subway station Exit C ⬅️. The owner was amazing; our flight was delayed, and they still let us have a late check-out. Communication was quick and responsive. The shower room has a washing machine and even facial towels ☺️, and the kitchen area has a dryer, which was a real surprise! 😍 Yay! We compared many accommodations in this area, and theirs definitely offered the best value for money. The price for this location is really nice! We even booked their loft again for a week later. 😎

The surroundings are fantastic, but the air conditioning in the room was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep. Plus, the room had a terrible smell.

I rented 2 different type of rooms. So I will rate accordingly. 1. Cleanliness is acceptable. Not super clean but clean enough to stay comfortably 2. Location is quite centralize by Futian district. Since we are going around via DiDi, distance to MTR not too much of a concern. Nearby (walk 3min) has a shopping mall with McD and some restaurants. 3. Service is good when we meet first to first. Only challenge is the initial contact where I don't think they read message from Agoda or Trip.com. Add their number to WeChat will save you a lot of hassle if you are arriving at odd hours and requires communication. 4.Amenities. the room/unit is like a studio apartment where the management ie SEEU manage a few units. Since we are out most of the time.and just come back to the room to shower and sleep, the basics are there for a typical family. Overall, I'm quite happy on this stay and will consider repeat my stay here if traveling to Shenzhen.

The designer apartment is the best one in this building. Even though it's a bit more expensive than the others (just a few dollars more), it's really clean and, most importantly, there are no strange smells and no mold on the walls. I'll definitely choose this one first next time.
