Regarding your feedback on the outdated room facilities and inadequate cleaning, we have immediately arranged for a specialist to conduct a comprehensive inspection of that room type and other old rooms in the same batch, performing deep cleaning of stains. We will also initiate a facility upgrade plan, gradually replacing aging bedding, chairs, and other items. Regarding the musty smell, we will increase the frequency of room ventilation, place activated charcoal to absorb odors, and treat walls, corners, and other areas prone to mold growth with moisture-proofing measures. As for the noise disturbance caused by poor soundproofing, we have strengthened reminders to all guests to maintain quiet at night, and have arranged for night shift staff to patrol the hallways more frequently to promptly discourage noisy behavior.
