Great price with room, included breakfast and transportation service. Good location, near the airport and great free service for pick up and drop off. Room is quite old, dirty and smelly!

Desk person’s attitude totally not service industry acceptable. From check in through check out and airport shuttle she was argumentative and restive to assisting. A shouting match between her and my son on more than one occasion was embarrassing and totally unprofessional. The one redeeming quality of the hotel was the free airport shuttle; so when that was not available on arrival( hotel requires 24 hours notice and arriving flights are not always on time) it left not much redemption. At check in we found no hand soap for washing hands. Open windows welcomed flying fiends. Tv internet was frozen the entire stay.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location being close to the airport and the fact that they offer a free shuttle service to the airport. The whole hotel is absolutely dirty. From the elevator to the hallways and to the room. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Not even worth the price!!! The room was stinking of smoke. The floors of the room was wet when I got there. The counter top was filthy. A cockroach ran out from under the kettle when I moved it. Unfortunately, they cater for adult entertainment more than providing a simple tea bag or coffee sachet. Literally won’t even cost more than 1 Yuan. I definitely will not be staying there again.

Hotel is cheap and near airport - dont expect much but for emergency it is convenient. If you need shuttle transport to and from airport need to email them and communicate in advance.

Unproperly cleaned room, feeling of stickyness on floor and everywhere when you enter. Bathroom stinks, terrible noise outside the corridor people banging their door late night, the air conditioning also noisy had to switch off the fan.
