Location - amazing, 7 min walk to Metro, close enough to everything you need to see, very frequent trains , quiet enough area
Staff - were great, easy check in process , friendly , were able to hold my bag in storage after I checked out
Room -very spacious room which included a washing machine
Gym - the biggest winner , easily the best equipped hotel gym I've seen, really had everything you need for a good workout
Overall I will no doubt stay here again when I'm in Shenzhen next

Meizu apartment is actually a part of Mercure hotel. This was slightly confusing. The room was very nice with a smart toilet.
Cleaning staff made a small accident in removing a bag with some snacks.
Overall a great hotel with a good price.

We had a wonderful night in this hotel. The front desk lady gave us the support to her best ability although we cannot speak Chinese. We also got an upgraded room, which is perfect and very unexpected for us.

Beautiful, clean, and new hotel. Lobby is inviting and fresh. Staff are helpful. The door man will help with luggage, and checking in is fast and efficient. The room is modern and spacious. Well designed with a big window. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedding is soft. All amenities are provided and daily housekeeping as well. The rooms are very soundproof and also have plenty of storage. The washing machine is useful, and washing liquid is provided. Breakfast is extra, and it has a wide variety of Chinese and Western foods and well as fruit. The dining room is inviting and also jas an outdoor seating smoking area. Subway is only an 8 min walk, and it is easy to get to tourist locations. This hotel has a 5 star service and will stay again.

Best place to stay in Shenzhen. Quiet , easy access to public transport and major highway. Great food at hotel and nearby. The washing machine inside the room is the best deal.

Room very clean and provided with washing machine. Is very convenient. Metro station is about 630m from hotel. Overall staying here is very comfortable.
