Hotels in Huanggang Port and Futian Port, Shenzhen

Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.

I think the hotel is very okay. I will come here again with my friend. I will recommend to my friends. I think it’s a bed is comfortable and it’s also always is very good. The environmental is quiet.

July’ 2025 The Hotel was new a truly pleasant and satisfying to stayed. The room had a stylish, and was very clean and well-organized. All the amenities we needed were readily available, which made the stay very comfortable. The lobby was tastefully decorated in a minimalist and elegant style, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were all very friendly, polite, and professional. During stay free 2 afternoon tea, unlimited mineral water and free laundry services! The receptionist staff - Bonita and 小钟 was especially helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests — truly commendable service. I’m sincerely thankful to 小钟 retrieve my parcel. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel. We sincerely hope the excellent standards are maintained. Keep up the great work!

Clean, the service staff are all great, the rooms are great size and slept really well, maybe the bed maybe the sound proofing! Overall, having been to many hotels in china, this is pretty up there, it’s pretty new too. The individual treadmill rooms are impressive! Oh, and the best, free laundry and if you left it long enough it gets kinda iron too!

Staff was accommodative to my needs especially XIAO XIA if I can remember correctly. She assisted me in changing to a room which I prefer near to the reception counter. She is extremely patience and is a value asset to the hotel. Only setback is the long waiting time for the lift especially on weekends to get to level 10. Metro station is just right below link to the basement link mall towards the exhibition and exhibition station.

The hotel is located just next to a metro station and is surrounded with many eateries with a night market within 100m away, super convenient. The hotel provides 8 bottles of drinking water everyday which is very considerable for the hotel guests and the staffs are very friendly. Is a great hotel which I have been staying every time when I travelled to Shenzhen.

Room was a little smaller than what we expected. There wasn’t a place to hang clothes inside the shower, so clothes had to hung at the wash basin area, which was separated from the shower but had no door. This was inconvenient unless you are a couple. The toilet and shower drain were choked frequently, so room service had to be called up to help. Location of the hotel was good as it was above eateries like Cesar Pizza, KFC and Starbucks, and also above a metro station. However, we had rented a car for our family and there was no official drop off or pick up point at the hotel itself, so we had trouble finding the hotel on the first day. We had arrived at late night and it was hard to find the hotel entrance (since it was situated inside a building called the Women’s and Children’s Building) and lobby. There are two narrow lifts serving the hotel specially, but as the lobby and cafe were on Level 28, the topmost level of the hotel, it was a little long to wait at times, and each lift could not hold our big family usually. The breakfast was decent, though repetitive. We didn’t manage to try to afternoon tea but didn’t think we missed much as supper was lacklustre. There were small buns, corn, sweet potato, and porridge for supper, which were part of the breakfast spread anyway. Room cleaning was probably routine every two days as we noticed our rooms wasn’t cleaned very often, unless we put on the light indicator to clean it.

This hotel is a top choice for couples! With a large projection screen and free Tencent Video membership, watching romantic movies together at night is incredibly relaxing. The room was spotless and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail—even the sink was spotless. The subway entrance is a 100-meter walk away, making it convenient for dates in the shopping district, and no worries if you're late. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise at all, giving you complete privacy. The staff are also very friendly and responsive!
