Hotels in Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center, Shenzhen

The front desk was very helpful and called me a day in advanced to confirm the booking and sent the map and direction to the hotel. It can get confusing because the hotel is located at a building where you cannot see any of its signage from exterior. But once you get the direction to the check-in lobby located at Level 6, it is quite straight forward. We landed very late, way past midnite and there was a guarded entrance A2 at the foot of the building where the security directed us to the check in lobby. The location is excellent and easy access to the best mall in Shenzhen, One Avenue. It is also served by two Metro Lines 1 and 10, which can get us to almost all the main attractions in Shenzhen. It is easy to get taxis as the main road right in front of hotel always have plenty of taxis waiting to pick up passenger. The only downside of our visit was the fumigation that just taken place and everyday we will find dead baby cockroaches on our living room floors. But the room service response is very good, once you text them by WeChat, within 5 mins, the staff is here to clean up and attend to our other needs.

The hotel is located near to the electronics market in Futian area and a short taxi ride to the Central Park and other attractions. The exact location is a little tricky to find but the place is generally ok. Rooms are small but are cleaned daily. There’s also a rooftop area with some seating. The place is good for a short stay but if staying longer I would choose somewhere a bit nicer.

Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.

Great location and really modern interior. It's very clean inside and has everything you need. The only thing that's worth noting is that it can be a little tricky to find - it's in an office building so it feels a bit unassuming that a hotel is there. All in all, a great stay and would stay again.

The room was very spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. The bed and pillows were comfy and fluffy, slept through the night. Loved the Japanese zen interior. The location was perfect, right at the electronics market. At first, we were a bit worried after reading the reviews about having to take the stairs to get to the lobby of the hotel because we were traveling with 2 big suitcases. There were exactly 4 steps to climb up, so it was not a big deal. We booked the hotel again for our 2nd time back to Shenzhen. Bonus points for having bottled water available when you are getting into the elevator from the floor of your room. Only con is the soundproofing wasn’t very good. We could hear the sound of traffic going on downstairs even when we were staying on the 20th floor.

Very nice hotel, service is great! They provide complimentary clothes cleaning service, all staff are friendly and helpful especially a staff Ms. Li helped to fold the clothes after cleaning.

I had an exceptional stay at this high-rise hotel with stunning city views. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding skyscrapers. The location was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to major attractions. The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, consistently ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. The modern amenities included a well-equipped fitness area with exercise balls. While the room was on the smaller side, the efficient layout and contemporary furnishings made excellent use of the space. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking a sophisticated urban experience.

My family had a really great 2-night stay at Jingju Hote on the 26th floor. The view was good. My kids especially enjoyed the market bazaar held in the open quad when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright with motorized curtains. In-room amenities were good quality too. Location was pretty central in Futian district and only couple stops away to prime places for food, shopping and activities. An overall splendid hotel at an affordable price. No regrets. Thank you 😊

The room is quite nice and it is very ‘muji style!’ the location of hotel is nice, very close to the shopping mall however, the breakfast is not okay. most foods are cold. i will not recommend anyone to pay for their breakfast.

Good location with good service staff that is understanding. Good view as well. Highly suggested.
