Looks like the hotel is undergoing renovation. No light in the stairs to the 2nd floor. The carpet in room seemed old and with bulges. Restaurant was closed for renovation. Needed. Prking lots need a new coat of asphalt. Loved room decoraction and very clean and new bathroom.

The condo was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable but the condo (and entire facility) is beat and tired. It needs repair and upgrades. The WiFi didn't work in the condo. Our stay was way too much money for the condition of this place.

The motel was basic but the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived (3 hours after checkin time): The since had some green paste (soap, toothpaste, couldn't tell, either way cleaning had not done a great job). Noted the cups weren't entirely clean so rewashed them, a tissue box with 5 tissues left was on the nightstand. (seriously?). Could have been better with a little effort.
