Hotels Near Hiraide Heritage in Shiojiri

I booked the previous night for early check-in this time and booked a total of 11 nights. As with the last time I stayed, the staff were very kind. The coin laundry had a detergent that can be used for free. There were many kinds of free rental goods for hangers, mirrors and other fixtures used in the room, and we used them conveniently. The sushiro in front of me and the cow horn in the same premises were used, but the convenience store near 1 was closed and only that was inconvenient. However, I think the hotel itself is 100 points full.

This was a stopover hotel for our tour of Japan. It's well-located, walking distance to the railway station. The hotel carpark is small and we ended up in a garage about a 7-minute walk away. (10-minute if you have luggage.) We ended up in the executive floor. The rooms were all right in size. The major plus is the 14th floor executive lounge. We were there on New Year Day but ALL the restaurants that looked decent said they would only allow us in with reservations. We had not expected that. Fortunately, we had a good fill at the lounge, went to MacDonald's (across the road from the Railway Station) for a burger and then returned to the Lounge to top up with drinks. Although it was near the closing time for the lounge, still the staff topped up the food. Breakfast was pretty good. But the dining area is somewhat small. So we had to wait 10 minutes. They do have a picnic arrangement, which was pretty charming. Staff were friendly, things worked. Yes, I would recommend this.

A super hotel, convenient for both Matsumoto train and bus stations, with the best breakfast in Japan! We stayed for two nights in a twin room, which was reasonably sized, with a small seating area. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a compact bathroom and decent over the bath shower. The hotel has excellent facilities, including two laundry rooms, so we were able to get our washing done for 300 yen a load. You can monitor the progress of your washing and drying from your bedroom TV, which also tells you how busy the breakfast room is! The breakfast was amazing! Such an incredible array of sweet and savoury dishes, including roasted pumpkin in sesame which was divine. Reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. A really nice hotel for visiting beautiful Matsumoto Castle and the Yayoi Kusama exhibition at the City Museum of Art. We would definitely recommend it.

I chose this hotel in front of the station for the next day to use a car rental. It is a hotel of the Alpico Transportation Group. The receptionist is on the 2 floor. Check-in requires a machine hand input by yourself, and all payments, card keys and breakfast tickets are out of the machine. So payment is prepaid. It depends on the way of thinking whether it is troublesome or convenient. 1 person 8000 yen with breakfast. There was Wi-Fi, the room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable and there was no particular dissatisfaction. There are also restaurants and taverns in front of the station for dinner, so there is no worry.

The staff and service were very appreciated. We forget some stuff in the room and the hotel staff tried so hard to find it and gave us back despite we already check out. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very close to the train station with a few minutes walk. We really appreciated our stay and will visit again for sure. 😊

I used it for a family trip during the spring break. There is a charge because I came by car, but I was able to park in the parking lot and go sightseeing at Matsumoto Castle and Matsumoto Station. It's a good walk course. The parking lot and the front desk 々 were all kind. The room was newly renewed so it was very clean and I was grateful that almost all the equipment I needed was available. The breakfast at Gust was delicious. I would like to stay when I visit Nagano Prefecture from now on

This quirky but comfortable hotel won't necessarily wow you but they get the details right. Quaint architecture, comfortable yukata, very nice service (in particular they were very sweet when dealing with a lost passport situation!). A 12 min walk from the station, nice emphasis on local crafts, and very close to the matsumoto castle.

I stayed at the Palace Museum, but it feels like business youth and the view is bad and dark, but there is no problem if I just sleep. WiFi has two points on the floor, one is not connected at all, and the other is slow but connected normally, so if it is difficult to connect, I think it is good to try another. There is only a moss burger where you can eat out within walking distance, so if you eat out, you will have a hard time without a car. The large communal bath changes daily for men and women, so I enjoyed it in the morning and evening. The breakfast buffet was very good.

When I arrived by car, there was a person in charge who carried my luggage. I had a cold drink in the lobby. This is my second time staying at this inn. The indoor bath has been renewed, and the tiles on the wall are gorgeous and quite nice. The hot water wasn't too hot and I was able to relax in the bathtub. There were many washrooms, and the shower and faucet were the first type to use. It is a type that presses the button and stops it. It was very convenient because I could stop it when I wanted to stop. The washbasin undressing area is large and has amenities (there is also a water cooler). Supper was served in a private room. This time, dinner time was 17:30 or 19:00. The menu entitled Mikozen (already autumn menu) is sophisticated and has a small arrangement for each elegant item. Soup, grilled food, medium plate, pot, rice, and dessert are carried each time. The pace of the goods was fast and I finished eating in just over an hour. But it was in time for fireworks (8:30), so it's okay. The meal was satisfactory. 180cc of local sake starts at 800 yen (no 300cc. There is a quadruple bottle. From 3000 yen). After dinner, I could see the fireworks of Lake Suwa from 8:30. I didn't know about the fireworks, so I was happy with the surprise. Breakfast was also served in a private room. There was a Shinano pickles bar, and pickles were brought by each person. There is also a menu for breakfast, and there is an explanation of each item. ５ The clean bean dishes were Kutani ware. There are many items, but it was a light breakfast that felt good for the body. The restaurant seemed to have been renewed. I think it was dark before, but this time the private room was bright and not small. After checking out, he brought my luggage to the car and sent me off. The hall is beautiful, the customer service is good, and it is my favorite inn.

I chose the hotel for the hot springs. The hotel has been open for a few years, so the facilities are a bit outdated. The hot springs are good, the water quality is very good, and there are several hot springs to choose from. The buffet breakfast is also very rich. The hotel is opposite Lake Suwa and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel is not far from the station, and pick-up and drop-off services can be reserved.
