Great hotel in Shirahama, the buffet is great. Different seafood and lots of delicious stuff. Free drinks in different parts of the hotel: beer, wine, coffee and lots of other stuff. Will definitely come back, thanks a lot to the staff!

I stayed in a Japanese-style room, but it was dusty, there was mold on the walls, the building was like a maze, and the food was subpar.

I reserved a Japanese-style room. When you enter the room, it smells damp and musty. The room is a staircase with no elevator away from the front desk. Elderly people might find it a bit difficult. I hope everyone will pay attention to this. You must go to the front desk to argue. We booked a better 50-square-meter room, but we were given a "shelter tool room" directly facing the parking lot. After repeated communication, we were changed to a much smaller downgraded room. There are obviously many empty rooms. Food: Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and the choice and taste are not bad. Hot springs: There are three, men's hot springs, women's hot springs, and mixed bathing for men and women (wearing swimsuits), but in fact, the mixed bathing is just an exaggeratedly small pool, which can be almost ignored. Swimming pool: There is a swimming pool for children to play, and the children are happy.

Overall it was good. However, there was a lot of banging noise from the floor above. The floors felt thin. I complained to the front desk. But it happened again in the morning.

The hotel had a pool, which the kids loved! The buffet also had a lot of menu items that kids could eat, which was helpful.
