I like the hotel But we had a problem with pick up from the airport

Front desk kid is great. Rooms are large and have bathtubs which is awesome for my disabled wife and I. Pool area is chill and the bar menu is good enough. It’s right behind a street market so if you want to have a little adventure go for a walk. You can find anything out there. ABA machine and pharmacy nice and close. We will stay here again  The staff are kinda chilling out so don’t be in too much of a hurry. WiFi is a lil iffy. Otherwise this is a quiet little oasis and good home base for level 3 exploring SR

It is great viewing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the water in the bathroom was yellow and cloudy during my entire stay. Was told it would be fixed but unfortunately it wasn't.

Initially, we booked a twin deluxe room with direct pool access through Trip.com. The moment we arrived there, they gave us a free upgrade to King Suite Room with two king-size bed! Marvelous! They also provided free pick-up transfer from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport to the hotel (which is definitely a plus as the city centre located far away from the new airport (approximate 40 minutes drive from the airport). The hotel environment is stunning and serene! However, the water in the shower room does have some fishy smell. I believe it's because of the water pollution from the night market (same district with the hotel). Besides all of that, everything is great, from hospitality service to the local tour planning.

We were unlucky with room, water in the tub was kind of yellow but after 5 minutes of flowing it finally become normal, except this small issue whicj was only in our room, everything else was great, staff is, so nice and warm.

Everything was perfect!!! The employees were very friendly and they supported all our demands! The hotel was clean and the breakfast delicious!

The staff service is good, but the road to the hotel is inconvenient and the parking space is small. Also, breakfast was prepared too late.

In general, the room is big and nice. The staff is very friendly and has a great attitude. There is a free tuk-tuk to take you to the night market from 18:00 to 21:00 in the evening. The room is clean in general, but the water for daily use is not satisfactory. I tried to put water in the bathtub once, but it was yellow, so I didn't dare to use it. The water from the rain also has a strange smell. In addition, the swimming pool downstairs also looks a bit dirty. I didn't see anyone go in the water for a few days. The free breakfast is delicious, but there are flies flying around. I think this is a problem in Cambodia, not the hotel's fault. There is a local vegetable market at the door, and the environment is a bit unsightly. You will probably pass that road to enter the hotel. In general, there are many flaws in hygiene, but I am very satisfied with the price.
