This is my second visit. I was satisfied with the price, but the swimming pool was too small. The room condition was good and it was larger than expected.

Great Hotel with free breakfast and huge rooms. All in all a very nice property. Very responsive service. Getting to any tourist spots is zero issue as they can either coordinate the tour for you, or if you want to go it solo there is usually one to three Tuk Tuks parked outside. (I use the Grab App essentially Uber and Uber Eats in one app) Pub street is a nice short walk away if you don’t mind the heat. There is a business across the street that does laundry and they are a beautiful family. Sweet people. They return your laundry folded and wrapped in plastic for you. Great experience in general and I will stay here again.

Let's put it this way, the overall experience of staying in this hotel is very poor. There is a female receptionist at this hotel who has a very bad service attitude and is very mean. When traveling in Cambodia, the most important thing is that there should be no writing, scratches, etc. on the US dollars, because other businesses She didn't accept money with traces at all. She knew that there was a problem. This woman specially found a scratched $50 and gave it to me to cover with envelope paper. It can be imagined that this person is very mean-spirited. Bullying the Chinese. Secondly, the bathroom smelled like sewerage, and the TV was garbage. It was full of snowflakes when I turned it on, so I couldn't watch the TV. The third thing is the breakfast. Let me talk about it. Objectively speaking, the service attitude of the restaurant staff is very good, but the breakfast variety is very small and there is nothing to eat. It is the same value for money. Another name is a hotel with a spa. It is on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet is really rich. We Chinese compatriots should not stay in his hotel. It is very poor, has a bad attitude, and does not want to give a single extra point. Don't step on thunder! Lightning protection! Lightning protection! Evacuate the place quickly!

This hotel is fabulous. I love the design and decoration. Location is good, only 5-10 minutes walk to the City centre. Room is good, pool, breakfast. the service is nice. I'm highly recommend this place when visit Siem Reap.

The hotel is very tired. There is no pool bar, no Aira restaurant, breakfast only, no welcoming lights, hotel in darkness. Facilities are not as stated on their website. Suffering from post COVID fallout requires investment. Could not recommend.

Very friendly staff. 15 min walk from the nightlife and dinner area for tourists (pub street).

The staff are polite and the rooms are clean, unfortunately the fitness center is not open.

It could have been argued it was a little tired but in general, loved the stay, service was superb as was the location with tuk tuks outside most of the time. Staff are so friendly and really made the difference to the stay. I wish them all the best.

The clerk was kind. The breakfast omelet was very delicious.

Nice hotel we had a garden room which was lovely. Stsff were friendly and will get you a tuk tuk for longer journeys. I would recommend the facials and massage they were amazing and cheap. The pool was lovely but no bar. You do however have a mini bar in your room which you can take to the pool. A tuk tuk to pub street costs $2 but it is easily walkable too if you don't mind the heat.

The hotel provides good size rooms but feels a little 'soulless', partly due to low visitor numbers. The breakfast is served in rather anonymous side room and the atmosphere is compound by a terrible 'muzak' soundtrack that I would characterize as 'lift music'. On our visit, there was noisy work taking building work taking place next to the pool to replace some decking but there was no apology provided which maybe suggested that the hotel had got out of the habit of providing good service to customers. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the river setting of central Siem Reap

Hotel I’ve used pre Covid is recovering. Quieter location that I like but close to facilities like inexpensive restaurants, laundry, convenience store, ATM, and coffee shops. Affiliated restaurant that used to be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is now breakfast only with a more limited, though ok, selection. Recommended in this area.
