The day we checked in, nobody was at the hotel counter but someone will assist using intercom and digital tools to helps with check in. Check in process was smooth and easy. Took us only 15 minutes. The room we booked was for three pax. Room space was just enough and fair for the price. The bacis amenitis such as water heater, hair dryer, refrigerator provided. Only iron have to go to level 2 at the balcony. Washing machine also provided. The bed was clean, the room as well. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel as well. Location is near to mrt and bus easy to connect everywhere. There are also money changer and 7E near the hotel. Overall satisfied with the hotel service.

- The room is moldy and humid. - There are ants present. - The air conditioning does not function well. - There is no exhaust fan in the washroom. - There is no shower curtain. - The carpet is dirty. - While the staff was polite, they were not very helpful. The room is poorly ventilated due to ineffective air conditioning and the absence of an exhaust fan in the washroom, resulting in a moldy, humid, and stuffy environment that makes it difficult to breathe. I requested a room change multiple times but was initially refused. After several rounds of negotiation with the hotel and assistance from Trip.com, I was offered another room after stating that I needed a refund.

The hotel is self-service, not very clean, the sheets are dusty and itchy, the washing machine and dryer are very helpful even though you have to queue, and it's quite close to the Little India MRT. Overall, it's not bad for those who don't have a problem with cleanliness, but I didn't like the environment.

The Cozy room is quite small but overall it was okay clean and comfy. I just have 1 concern that is the bathroom it doesn’t have exhaust fan  moist and smells trapped inside the room

Love the location avd the vibes but it might be inconvenient if you need assistance urgently, as the receptionist is a tablet.

I read the poor reviews prior not believing how bad it could be.  The room was so dirty.  There were stains everywhere on the carpet and sofa.  The towels were grey (original white). There were ants as well.  I paid extra for a suite with a bigger room but I saw some rooms were extremely small and those guests simply left their doors wide open for more space and air conditioning from the hallway.  Multiple guests were doing that and they spoke loudly disrupting other guests.  There are also no staff manning the reception.  You check in yourself.

Room is spacious and nice ! Everything is online check-in, no physical staff at counter which was quite troublesome But their WhatsApp service was good , told them my room has a smell and they immediately informed the cleaner to resolve the matter

Dash Loving Rochor is a well regarted service hotel . Rooms : typically well equiped featuring modern design with comfortable furnishing . Price : afforable . Also got a free E-sim for 3 days. Location : strategic . Near with the mrt and bus station. Also got a 7-e nearby which easy for us to buy something . Near with the indian restaurant. Overall : highly recommend and will repeated again .

One of the good budget option in Singapore, located in Little India, so it’s a hit or miss because the surroundings is kinda dirty compared to Singapore standard

No house keeping for less than 7days.no cleaning . room became a lot of ants. Dirty and a bit noisy. Location ok near mrt . Foods ok got hawker near by. Price ok reasonable.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. My biggest disappointment was finding myself surrounded by many tiny flies in my room, which made me doubt the cleanliness of the place. Additionally, there was no one at the reception, neither for my check-in (which was quite late, I admit) nor for my check-out in the middle of the day. We had to interact with a tablet for these operations and use it to call someone if needed. Therefore, the check-in process was very long and painful. Apart from these points, the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Perfect for a few nights' stay at a very affordable price, and that was the most important part for me.
