Land's End, Boutique Hotel

We truly enjoyed this hotel. It’s modern and such a wonderful location. The view is amazing! The service is excellent. I truly love that they have a real tea kettle and great choices of tea. I’m not a coffee drinker, so it’s lovely to have these available. The shower is wonderful, as was the breakfast. A great choice!

A very pleasant experience. The room was spacius, perfectly daily cleaned and the restaurant offered enough variety. Room's view was fabulous: You could see Valetta just over the bay! Valetta ferries were 5 minutes walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants arround. Even the Mall is just arround the corner, so you can enjoy a shopping experience right away! The public transport is very good and you can go easily go to Valleta or St.Julian. The bus tsations is minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant is nice and cozy and the dishes are very tasty! Marleny is the nicest waitress! She was arround us all the time and brougt in no time our orders! We would recommend both the hotel and Hammett's Monastik Restaurant, hopping to be lucky enough to have Marleny arround !

We had a very nice stay. Clean, spacious room with classy interior. The indoor swimming pool on the 11th floor is a real highlight. The whole staff is very kind and helps out quickly and proffesionally with any issue. Especially Marleny who is in charge of the breakfast is a real swearheart, allways smiling and takes care of any need.

Spent here for one week, enjoy the buffet each morning. Thanks Marleny for her fantastic service. She asked me every day for my prefer foods and made me feel like at home. We stayed in the Apartment, which was excellent for a week. The Apartment is large, well-equipped and comfortable, with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, powder room, kitchen, living room and laundry. We also had access to the Living Room, which was nice for a drink in the evening. The staff were all welcoming, pleasant and helpful. It's conveniently located on the Tigne seafront, close to plenty of cafes and the ferry to Valletta. The hotel's only a year or so old so everything feels brand new.

Hotel clean and rooms spacious. However was not aware that restaurant is run separately, and this means it can be closed for private functions that can be very noisy. We loved the room and location but I would ask next time of there was any private functions booked , as it did sort of spoil it as we wanted a hotel with restaurant and bar access

A beautiful hotel, great location, great views, huge room, Molton Brown toiletries, tasty breakfast, pool with a view… definitely want to come back here! I didn’t eat in the restaurant or have a drink in the bar because there were so many local restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes’ walk. It’s also near the Valletta ferry so we went for an evening meal in Valletta, which I can highly recommend too.

Absolutely 5 Stars all around from me. Stayed 6N from Dec 4. Lone traveler on workoliday. Glad I chose Lands End over other highly reviewed property at Valletta or other high end brands. No regrets with money spent on the sea view suite. It is what the picture showed. All rooms has terraces / balcony it seems. My terrace had a grand panoramic view of Valletta, St Manuel & Marina. I got both sunrises and sunsets – loved the blue zones. Great location! No more than 10 minutes’ walk to pick up points for the Valletta ferry, cruises and tour buses, bus stops, shops, 2 malls, restaurants, convenient shops. And I am never in a rush. The suite is very adequately furnished, clean and new. No issue with the air-conditioner / fan as I didn’t need it with temps around 15C – 18C. No microwave but I did not need it as well because food is nearby or can be ordered online. Did not use the Living Room or the pool. And now the people. I hope the owner of this establishment is reading this because not only is the hardware perfect, so is the people managing it! The people here are wonderfully faultless and professional. The experience was above expectations! I felt at home, well greeted from check in to check out and in between. The cleaners were efficient and respectful. So is the welcoming server at Monastik for breakfast (where I had breakfast twice during the stay). Thanks for recommending the pouch eggs – it is good! I just wished I had remarked all their names. But to highlight one or two is no justice as it takes a team to deliver such wonderful service all around consistently. Will definitely recommend Lands End to anyone looking for excellent location, above average property and services in Sliema or Malta for that matter.
